Ferienwohnung Marmi - in die Jahre gekommen

Auf den Fotos macht die Ferienwohnung einen ganz tollen Eindruck, vor Ort merkt man schnell, dass die Fotos sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen sind. Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche im Bad ist eine Zumutung, es gab aber die tolle Aussendusche. Schlafzimmer sind okay, leider sehr wenig Platz um die Kleidung zu verräumen. Der Küche ist reichhaltig eingerichtet, aber Besteck und Kochuntensilien stinken extrem muffig. Sehr unangenehm. Kühlschrank ist okay. Die Schränke sind alle schon sehr alt, einige stinken beim öffnen ebenfalls sehr muffig. Die Terrasse ist okay, aber die Stühle sind sehr unbequem, nichts um entspannt dort zu essen bzw. zu frühstücken. Der Garten ist ungepflegt, die Liege war sehr verdreckt. Das Haus liegt fast direkt an der Verbindungsstraße von Procchio nach Marina di Campo und man hört morgens sehr laut die Straße. Direkt am Haus war eine Baustelle, auf der bis spätabends gearbeitet und morgens schon sehr früh angefangen wurde. Also ausschlafen war nicht möglich. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht mehr für meinen Urlaub aussuchen.
