Sensationelles Appartement in Top Lage

Mein Partner und ich waren Anfang Januar auf Fuerteventura und waren von diesem Appartement vollkommen begeistert. Eine super moderne Appartementanlage mit Swimmingpool und Tiefgarage, direkt gelegen zwischen zwei 18 Loch Golf Plätzen. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem riesen Warenangebot ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, außerdem befindet sich ein deutscher Internist mit seiner Praxis in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Appartement selbst, hat sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten wie zum Beispiel eine Klimaanlage, div. Elektrische Geräte sowie den ganzen Tag einen wunderschönen Blick direkt auf das nahe gelegene Meer. Der Balkon selbst ist super groß, sodass sich 4 Leute bequem dort aufhalten können. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Dachterrasse die über eine Wendeltreppe vom Balkon aus bequem erreicht werden kann. Sicherlich das beste Appartement dass wir in den letzten Jahren gebucht haben. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Outstanding

From start to end our stay was outstanding. Communication from Gaby, the property manager was swift, accurate and her care was very reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble. We were the first guests to stay at the property and wow what a place to stay. The views from the balcony & roof terrace are stunning. The apartment is kitted out as a home from home with all the modern convieniences you could want. The fly nets on every window are superb and allowed us to leave the air flowing during the day & night. Air Con is available too but I assume would only be used in the hotter months. The balcony leading off the living room gets the sun from morning until it sets behind the mountains in the evening. Shade is provided through umbrellas and canopies, as I'm sure would be required in the Summer. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. This same walk takes you through the Atlantico Shopping Centre where there is a huge Spar supermarket to get all your self catering produce. I've never seen so a huge choice of fresh meat, fish & vegetables, I could go on. The WIFI is included and very strong. Beach Towels come with the property and a washing machine to freshen all of your clothes and towels or bed linen. The 2nd bedroom was a lovely addition for our teenage son. The whole apartment would take a large family easily with 2 bathrooms, plenty of seating and spaces to not be on top of each other. Our teenager loved the size of the TV too. Apparently the property owners would be looking to add IPTV but you could bring your own and stream your own TV in your home language. The pool on site isn't heated but that's standard in most places. It was large and well maintained. The walk into Caleta Castillo Centre is about 20 minutes at a fast pace. Its flat but no dropped curbs if you were on a mobility scooter, so you would have to use the road I think. The complex is quiet and residential it seems for lots of residents. It is spotless and feels safe and cared for. I was in two minds to write such a glowing review because I don't want it getting booked up for our next visit ha ha... Credit where credit is due, you will not regret booking here. Thank you Gaby & Gert for making our holiday so memorable.
