Vermieter sehr nett. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen, die Reserveliege hat definitiv seine Tage hinter sich. Das weiß der Vermieter auch. In dem Haus sind viele private Dinge des Vermieters. Das gibt dem Haus zwar eine persönliche Note aber als Urlauber bringt man ja auch eigene Sachen mit für die es dann keine Abstellfläche gibt. Leider war der Pool schon geleert obwohl bis Oktober zur Verfügung drin steht. Zudem stand die zusätzliche Heizkostenpauschale nicht in der Kostenaufstellung. Um eine leere Gasflasche hat sich der Vermieter sofort gekümmert, allerdings war auch die Ersatzflasche leer so dass unser Abendessen ausfiel. werdennkonnte.

Traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt
Das Haus ist zauberschön! Individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den See ein Traum! Die Terrasse wohl der schönste Platz am Luganer See. Der abgeschlossene und uneinsehbare Garten schön gestaltet und auch sehr praktisch mit unserem Labrador. Es war soo schön!

Lovely villa with amazing views
We stayed 4 nights but wished it had been longer. The villa is lovely with 180 degree views of the lake. It is very well equipped and has a comfortable king size bed. There are good restaurants nearby.

Great view and location
The property was impressive. Very nice accommodations with great views from any angle. One thing that we missed, however, was a reference manual introducing us to and explaining the ins and outs of the property. Fortunately the owner (Wolfgang) was available and responsive by email. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine wirklich traumhafte Lage und Aussicht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, so dass wir den schönen Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Wir haben im Ferienhaus alles gefunden, was man so braucht. Das Grundstück ist sehr steil angelegt. Aber unser Hund hat schnell begriffen, dass Toben nicht so günstig ist. Alles in Allem war es sehr schön. Wir haben täglich draußen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt (auch bei 13 Grad) da der Blick so traumhaft war.

The amazing views and gardens of this house make this the most beautiful spot we have ever stayed. There are many locations in and around the house to sit and enjoy the 180 degree view. Ristorante Del Pellegrino a few minutes walk away was our favorite. Say hi to Carlo!

Traumhafte Tage in der Villa mit Blick auf den Luganer See
Wir waren im März in der Villa. Die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag in den Salon. Vom Salon bietet sich ein Panoramablick auf den See. Die Heizung funktioniert perfekt. In der Villa war es schön warm. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Sowohl Besteck, Teller etc. als auch Gewürze. Nachts ist es absolut ruhig. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Bad ist modern. Eine Privatstrasse führt zum Haus und zur Garage. Vom Eigentümer haben wir eine perfekte Beschreibung zu Anreise und dem Aufenthalt erhalten. Was man noch wissen muss: Für die Endreinigung ist eine Pauschale von 100 Euro fällig. Für die Heizung haben wir eine Pauschale von 100 Euro für eine Woche bezahlt. In Porlezza (Richtung Menaggio) befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt von Iperal. Wir können die Villa empfehlen. Absolut perfekt für schöne Tage am Luganer See.

Wunderbare Woche im Spätsommer
Die Villa Panorama verbindet Norditaliens Flair auf erstaunliche Weise mit einem Gefühl des alten Hollywoods. Besonders schön sitzt man auf dem Balkon zwischen den hohen Palmen oder auf der Poolterrasse mit Musik vom Plattenspieler über die Außenboxen - jeweils mit wunderbarer Sicht auf den Luganersee. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt, genau so wie der schöne kleine Garten. Ein paar nette Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, die auch im Oktober noch geöffnet hatten.
