Look forward to a cosy time with your family in the open-plan living room, where you can put your feet up on the sofa, watch a film or whip up your favourite dishes in the kitchen. In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the balcony and experience a marvellous view. You can also look forward to a small garden with its own outdoor terrace and barbecue, so that nothing stands in the way of cosy summer evenings with outdoor board games.
Explore the surrounding area. Kemmenau is also known as the sun terrace above the Lahn Valley and is a state-recognised resort in the Westerwald. Just a few metres from the holiday home, you have direct access to the well-developed hiking trails in the surrounding area. The spa town of Bad Ems also invites you to enjoy outdoor activities.
Nearby, the Lahn flows into the Rhine, and the UNSECO World Heritage Site of the Middle Rhine Valley with its romantic castles surrounds you. The old Roman town of Koblenz, with its beautiful old town and impressive fortifications, will also fascinate you. The lovely Moselle flows into the Rhine at the Deutsches Eck.
