Our private guesthouse AM WIESENGRUND is located in a quiet, safe and conveniently situated villa-green area in the western part of the city of Vienna, 8 minutes from the A1 (Westautobahn) - exit Wien-Auhof
Apartment BELLEVUE is a spacious, cozy, fully equipped apartment, plenty of space, ideal for families, ideal for groups of friends, we are also happy if you bring your four-legged friend on vacation.
Large terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the well-kept garden.
Very good infrastructure and transport connections, you can reach the city center in 30 minutes, bus station 150m. The buses run every 10 minutes to the streetcar (line 49) or to Wien-Hütteldorf station/underground station (U4).

Five days in Vienna
The flat is well-equipped and pleasant to stay in. It is very quiet, and with a lovely garden. The hosts live upstairs and were very welcoming.

Nice quiet spacious suite
We stayed with our three teenagers in this well kept spacious apt in a quiet neighborhood. Great info from Otto on how to get around town with public transit and what to see. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Great hosts
There were five people in our party and with 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms it was easy to get ready for the day. If we decide to return to Vienna in the future we would love to stay at the same place and will recommend it to our friends.

Great hosts
Isle and Otto were by far the best hosts we have ever had. They were very helpfull and followed thru with our requests.When we asked for restaurant recomendations, Otto took us to an excellent neighborhood restaurant. The public transportation was excellent from our house to Vienna,especially with their directions. The place was clean and met our needs very well. We loved the location and back yard.

Große wohnung nicht weit von Wien
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat alles was man so braucht. Die vermieter sind wirklich ganz lieb und nett. Wien ist leicht zu erreichen mit auto oder öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

schöne Wohnung mit sympathischen Gastgebern
Es ist eine wirklich schöne Wohnung und dank den drei getrennten Badezimmern perfekt für den Familienurlaub. Es ist, wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann, nicht die allermodernste Ausstattung, wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der nächsten Wien-Reise sehr sehr gerne wieder! :-)

Bella casa un po' lontana dal centro
La casa è molto grande e ben disposta. Il mezzo di trasporto più vicino è il bus, peccato quindi che la Metro sia a qualche km. La zona è tranquilla, pulita però è un bel po' lontana dal centro città. Il parcheggio davanti alla casa è a PAGAMENTO, non è gratis. La signora ci ha permesso di mettere una delle due auto nella proprietà senza pagare. Il fatto che fossero diventati a pagamento non era segnalato nell'annuncio. La casa è molto spaziosa, lo stile è elegante, c'è la moquette per tutta la casa. Bella zona per passeggiare con gli animali.

Auch wenn sich die Parksituation vor Ort geändert hat, sind wir sehr zufrieden. Die große Unterkunft ist sauber und hat seinen speziellen Charme. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist gut. Die Gastgeberin ist großartig! Vielen Dank für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt!

Schöne Wohnung am Wiener Stadtrand
Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar am westlichen Wiener Stadtrand. Die Gastgeber lassen keine Wünsche offen, es fehlt an nichts. Parken ist kein Problem, Supermärkte und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe und die Wiener Innenstadt ist ohne Probleme erreichbar. Am glücklichsten war der Hund, der den angrenzenden Wienerwald genießen konnte.

Ein sehr gutes Quartier um Wien zu erkunden
Wir (3 befreundete Paare) haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage war ruhig aber die Innenstadt von Wien mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Quartier um Wien zu erkunden.
