Saubere Ferienwohnung
Alles war in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber mit Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Viel Platz. Uns hat nur Klimaanlage und die Schutz gegen Mücken fehlt. Aber ich kann die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung für die ganze Familie
Die Wohnung ist hellhörig, was uns weiter nicht gestört hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist super und in deutsch möglich. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal in der Wohnung und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und modern ausgestattet. Sie bietet genug Platz um auch bei schlechterem Wetter Zeit in der Wohnung zu verbringen. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Tolle große Ferienwohnung und guter Lage
Eine tolle und sehr große Ferienwohnung etwas abseits vom großen Trubel in Riva. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kontakt vor Ort sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es trotzdem: Die vorbeiführende Straße ist während des Berufsverkehrs zum Teil etwas laut. Und Kochen in der Küche ist ein bisschen kompliziert, weil es zwar viele, aber nur ziemlich kleine Töpfe und Pfannen und kaum Deckel dazu gibt. Mit den Mengen für 4 Personen waren wir an der Grenze, für 6 oder 7 Personen geht's dann nicht mehr. Trotzdem prima, vielen Dank!

Tooler Urlaub am Gardasee
Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung. Modern eingerichtet. Tolles Bad inkl. Waschmaschine. Sehr gut ausgestattete große Küche. Ein Toaster wäre noch toll, ist aber keine Kritik. Überall sind Rollläden vorhanden, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Weg zum See ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Auto 4 bis 5 Minuten. Keller für Fahrräder etc. vorhanden. Vermieterin spricht perfekt deutsch. Wohnungsübergabe total komplkationslos. Per WhatsApp kurz vor Ankunft gemeldet, so dass die Vermieterin sofort vor Ort war, einfach Klasse. Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung.

Hat alles gepasst, sehr schöne ,gepflegte Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsen und 2 Kleinkindern in der Wohnung, da nur ein DU/WC vorhanden würde es als "eng" . Parkplätze hatten wir 2 vor dem Haus und im Keller ist ausreichend Platz für Kinderwagen , Fahrräder usw. Bis an den Strand oder in die Altstadt waren es ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß, für kleine Kinder aber recht anstrengend und gefährlich, mit Kinderwagen ok. Zum einkaufen ist alles in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen dort verbracht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort und hatten Platz genug. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone mit Blick auf die Berge. Im Keller ist viel Platz für Fahrräder. Gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ist nur ca 15-20 Gehminuten vom See und der Innenstadt entfernt. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man benötigt, die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!

Super schöne Wohnung
Das Appartement ist komplett ausgestatttet, die Betten bequem, die ganze Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Altstadt und den Strand bequem zu erreichen, wobei wir lieber ans Ostufer zum Baden gefahren sind, da der See dort wärmer und nicht so voll war. Auch der Platz in der Tiefgarage ist von Vorteil. Riwa ist ein prima Ausgangsort auch gerade für einen Trip in die hochgelegenen Dörfer des Westufers oder den Monte Baldo. Wir werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Super tolle geräumige saubere Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig, sehr sauber und mit den 2 Balkonen hat man immer eine Sonnen- und eine Schattenseite! Ausstattung gut. Betten hervorragend. Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Immer erreichbar. Für alle Fragen offen und flexibel. Schöner Garten in dem man gut sonnen und grillen kann. Ein wenig laut ist der Straßenverkehr, aber das nimmt man nach einiger Zeit gar nicht mehr wahr. Super ist auch das Mitbenutzen der Garage, sodass man die Fahrräder und sonstiges Zubehör (Fahrradträger etc) gut und sicher lagern kann. Von der Wohnung aus war man mit dem Fahrrad in 5-7 min am See. Auch zum Einkaufen konnte man gut mit dem Rad fahren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und werden es auch Freunden empfehlen.

UNGLAUBLICH !!!!!......
...... was uns hier geboten wurde. Kein Wunsch blieb offen und es war an alles gedacht worden. Angefangen bei der freundlichen Begüßung vor Ort, mit einer verbindlichen Einweisung in die Wohnung bis zur Komplettausstattung, die uns allerhöchsten Respekt abnötigte. Was Sauberkeit anbelangt, sind wir schon ein wenig eigen, aber was wir hier vorfanden, lud fast dazu ein, die Spiegeleier vom Fußboden zu essen. TOP!!! Auch an einen Wandsafe hatte man gedacht. Parkprobleme gab es nicht, da für das Appartement eigens ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden war. Die belebte Altstadt von Riva war fußläufig in 10 min. bequem zu erreichen und der Einkauf für den täglichen Bedarf unproblematisch. Lärmbeläßtigung war für uns kein Thema, auch wenn in unmittelbarar Nähe ein Neubau entstand. Kurz: wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen (bestimmt) gerne wieder. Wir waren rundum zufrieden !
Die Wohnung war wunderbar ! Es ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind modern und intakt.Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kopfkissen man braucht an nichts zu denken, alles da. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nach einer Woche fand ein Wäschwechsel statt. Die Vermieter sind stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Ein kleiner Vorschlag wäre es nur bequemere Balkonmöbel anzuschaffen, aber das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau.Wir hatten tolle Ferien, vielen vielen Dank ! Sandra

Appartamento molto soddisfacente
Appartamento molto pulito,ben arredato,molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort....Non potevamo chiedere di meglio....Ottima anche la posizione....zona molto tranquilla,vicina al centro ....5 min a piedi...due supermercati molto vicini. Inoltre Riva del Garda è una cittadina molto vivace.....belle passeggiate....belle spiagge e un bel centro storico pieno di negozi di vario genere....Riva è un ottima soluzione per vivere il lago e la montagna in contemporanea....paesaggi eccezionali e molto suggestivi..... torneremo sicuramente....Siamo stati moto soddisfatti della scelta di questo appartamento e lo consigliamo assolutamente.....Ottimo anche i proprietari.....molto gentili,professionali e disponibilissimi:-):-):-):-)

traumhafte Wohnung
Das vermietete Objekt ist ein Traum. Diese sehr geräumige Wohnung verfüg über alles, was in der Beschreibung enthalten ist. Die Zimmer bieten mehr als genug Platz, das Bad und das "Gäste-WZ" sind ebenfalls luxuriös eingerichtet und der Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich bietet genügend, um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen (super ausgestattete Küche, Couch, Esstisch, viele Stühle). Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war total unproblematisch und lief einwandfrei, sodass der Urlaub von vorne bis hinten einfach nur erste Klasse war. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Vermieter. Wir werden Sie auf jeden Fall wieder kontaktieren, wenn wir unseren nächsten Urlaub am Gardasee planen.

Schöner Urlaub
Tolle Ferienwohnung mit moderner Ausstattung. 10 min. in die Stadt und zum Strand. Sehr gute Aufteilung, auch für 4 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche und ein Baby. Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter! Haben extra noch einen Babystuhl bereit gestellt. Auf jeden Fall unsere Wahl beim nächsten Gardasee-Urlaub!

sehr schick und geschmackvoll
Bei der Bewertung können wir uns in allem nur anschließen. Die Vermieter sind absolut professionell und die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einem Wohnblock mit wenigen Wohneinheiten. Einziges Manko war die Tatsache, dass sie extrem hellhörig ist. Das hat aber unsere Begeisterung nicht getrübt.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Schöne große Wohnung, tolles Bad. Supermarkt und Gardasee ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
