It is tastefully furnished and offers perfect comfort. From the living space, you have direct access to a beautiful terrace on stilts, entirely protected from view. It overlooks a pretty private garden, facing south. An ideal location for your holidays in Brittany, but also a perfect choice for a extended home-office period in a pleasant setting, just a few minutes from the first beaches. Children are not forgotten, since many games are planned for them, both inside and outside. 3 parking spaces are available on private land. The town center of Saint-Brieuc, with its medieval quarter, its half-timbered houses around the fortified cathedral and its neoclassical architecture, is definitely worth a look. From the center, you can reach the port of Légué by taking a pretty hiking trail which crosses the green Gouédic valley. An ideal central location between the Côte du Goëlo to the west and the Côte de Penthièvre to the east. The pink granite coast attracts visitors with its impressive rock formations and the Cap Fréhel with its steep cliffs.
