Saubere und tolle Unterkunft in top Lage

Die Unterkunft war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Zum Beispiel waren nur drei Eierbecher vorhanden, ein Spüllappen war nicht vorhanden und der Wäscheständer war defekt. Aber wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Auch die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön. Kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Apartment mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Lage ist sehr zentral am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Der Hauptstrand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Zentrale, moderne und geräumige DG-Wohnung

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie liegt sehr zentral, ist modern eingerichtet und angenehm geräumig trotz der Dachschrägen. Schön war auch die kleine Loggia und dass man bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl fahren konnte. Sauberkeit war, was die wichtigen Dinge betraf, in Ordnung mit ein bisschen Luft nach oben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Lage der Wohnung / Objektes ist fantastisch. Dritte Etage. Zum Strand und Stadt / Zentrum nur ein paar Schritte. „Parkplatz“ für Fahrräder am Haus. Aufzug im Hause.

Schöne großzügige und zentrale Dachgeschoss Wohnung

Die Wohnung (3OG/DG) liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone und verfügt über einen Aufzug. Der Schnitt ist wirklich gut und sehr großzügig. Durch die Fußgängerzone selbst wird man Lärmmäßig überhaupt nicht gestört, allerdings doch ab 6.30 Uhr ein wenig durch die Kleinbahn, da der Bahnhof direkt vor der Tür liegt. Aber das ist bei der Zentralität in der Stadtmitte zu erwarten und absolut kein Manko! Die Verwalter wohnen mit im Haus und sind wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hell. Nur bei der Ausstattung hätten wir ein paar Dinge, die auch die nächsten Gäste sicherlich erfreuen würden: *bitte dringend einen kleinen Tisch für den Balkon besorgen *in der Küche wären Schneidebretter und Untersetzer füt heisse Kochtöpfe wünschenswert *für ein wenig mehr Gemütlichkeit wären Kissen und eine Decke auf der Couch sehr schön Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Zentrale, moderne Unterkunft

Frau Zander war als Ansprechpartnerin immer zur Stelle, vielen Dank! Helles, großzügiges Appartement. Zentrale Lage, kleiner Balkon mit Meeresblick über den Parkplatz hinweg. Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine waren nicht recht in Schuss und der Backofen ungewöhnlich laut - das waren die einzigen Nachteile, wenn man sich komplett selbst versorgt. Insgesamt habe ich mich mit meinem Sohn (14) ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.

Super Urlaub, vielen Dank!!!

Die Wohnung war wirklich top und im Vergleich zu den Fotos ist wohl inzwischen alles noch einmal modernisiert worden, daher viel schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Außerdem gibt es inzwischen einen Aufzug. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht, ich war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort....

Beachvolleyball-Borkum-Loft-Appartment

perfekt zentrale Lage kurze Wege super für junge Erwachsene sportlerfreundlich Super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereites Serviecepersonal, das einem jeden Wunsch bzgl. Wohnung erfüllen kann. Wir kommen seit 7 Jahren für 10 Tage während der Beachvolleyballturniere nach Borkum und genießen jeden Tag auf der Sonneninsel. Seit 2 Jahren sind wir nun in dem Appartment vom Posthus und lieben es. Besonders der Hausmeister ist sehr hilfsbereit und regelt sofort alles, wenn etwas mit der Wohnung nicht passen sollte.

Wohnung nett, Treppen schrecklich mit Gepäck

Nette Wohnung, leider keine Sitzgelegenheit auf dem kleinen Balkon( Stühle!). Viele, recht steile Treppen bis zum 3. Stock, mit Gepäckkaum zu schaffen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und vom Balkon aus einen tollen Blick über die Insel genossen. Zum Bahnhof ist es überhaupt nicht weit, aber auch der Strand ist sehr nah gelegen. In der Vorsaison war es perfekt für einen ruhigen Wohlfühlurlaub!
