Nice modern apartment

Great apartment on a busy street, nice balcony overlooking the lake. Lovely shower and good beds Unnoticeable. Only the extras leave much to be desired. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge. We had 1 large and 1 small towel per person for 7 days. For the rest you have to bring everything yourself. There was a toilet roll from the previous tenant. Was this up, there was no reserve.

Wohnung ist modern und schön gelegen

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ansprechenden Wohngebiet und man hat tatsächlich vom Balkon Blick auf den See.Man läuft etwa 10 Minuten bis zum Ufer, mit Hund, also langsam. Die Promenade ist sehr schön. Es gibt Läden und Restaurants im Umfeld, ein wenig muss man laufen.Es gibt in der Wohnung keinen Backofen! Was etwas verwundert, wo sonst alles so modern ist. Das Besteck ist ein wenig ausgedünnt. Was aber wirklich fehlt sind Steckdosen. Wenn man Kaffee und Tee machen will und den Toaster verwenden will, muss man eines nach dem anderen tun, da es im Küchenbereich nur eine einzige Steckdose gibt.Also am besten ein paar Doppelstecker einpacken.Wir hatten einen festen Parkplatz, was wir sehr toll fanden.Alles in Allem hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen. Colico ist ein wunderschöner Ort und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.Hunde gibt es übrigens reichlich, fast jeder hat mindestens einen :-)

Ferienwohnung Casa Conte

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Lage im Ort auch gut. Kurze Laufwege zum See und in den Ort. (z.B. Bäcker, Obstladen). Die Übergabe vor Ort hätte etwas ausführlicher sein können.

Bardzo udany pobyt

Mieliśmy bardzo przyjemny pobyt w apartamencie. Wszystko zadziałało bez problemu. Bezpłatny parking przed domem i doskonale wyposażone mieszkanie. Polecam pobyt u Sussane bo sam na pewno tam wrócę.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut mit Blick auf den See. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man am See und man hat auch genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Das einzig Störende sind aktuell einige Bauarbeiten in der Straße, aber die sind ja auch irgendwann fertig.

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht

Die Wohnung ist okay, aber nicht wirklich schön . Ziemlich staubig überall und etwas abgewohnt. Das Bett war für uns der Horror, Sofa nicht zu benutzen, weil die Auflage immer runterrutscht. Die Stühle wackelig, Stuhlkissen verfleckt, Essensreste von Vorgänger . Zum Teil schon abgelaufen .Cafe, Nudeln, Tee, etc. Der Vermieter fand es okay, weil man das ja alles noch gebrauchen kann. Ich finde es nicht sehr hygienisch. Die Situation draußen war nicht sehr schön . Von wegen Seeblick! Na ja, das ist Auslegungssache. 2 Baustellen in direkter Nähe, auf der Einen gegenüber wurde auch brav gebaut, ab 8.00 morgens! Die Gegend allgemein ist nicht sooo berauschend ! Trotzdem vielen Dank, dass wir da sein konnten!

Une arrivée assez déplorable avec un gérant plutôt blasé limite on l’embêtait avec un numéro de téléphone erroné aucunes informations faites concernant les ordures ménagères store extérieur en panne machine à café avec moisissures et un vieux filtre papier usagé à l’intérieur frigo débranché coussins canapés très sales manque un film occultant sur une porte fenêtre de la salle de bain bonjour la discrétion toute la rue pouvait y voir Appartement très sécurisé au calme près des commerces avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes

Eine schöne Zeit am Comer See

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche am Comer See verbracht. Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral und nah am See und sämtlichen Restaurants. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche haben wir beim Kochen vermisst, aber konnten auch so improvisieren. Die Gastgeberin war nett und zuvorkommend.

Très belle location

L'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Suffisamment grand, confortable et bien aménagé pour deux personnes. Il ne manque rien. De plus, bien situé tant pour aller au lac,que pour se rendre au centre de Colico. Nous recommandons vivement.

wir hatten ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wohnung war sehr sauber und hell. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dieses Objekt ist nur empfehlenswert. Ein grosses plus ist, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind:-)

Super Urlaub - wir kommen wieder 😊

Wir waren zu zweit in der ersten Märzwoche 2020 im Objekt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte hervorragend. Die Wohnung war klasse. Genau wie beschrieben. Sehr schnell zu Fuß zum See. Trotz der Corona Verunsicherung war in Colico und auch am nördlichen Comer See alles entspannt. Es war kein Problem Einkaufen zu gehen. Auch die Restaurants waren offen und ganz normal besucht. Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr schön... und wir hatten sogar ein paar richtige Sonnentage. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Tolle FeWo in Colico

Die FeWo war wie beschrieben. Helle sehr moderne FeWo in der es an Nichts fehlt. Die Lage ist super, da man nicht direkt in der Stadt ist, aber in 5 Minuten zu Fuß entweder in der Stadt oder am See. Der nach Süden ausgerichtete Balkon ist gerade im Winter Gold wert.

Alles gut. Garage für Fahrräder vorhanden. Ordentlich ausgestattet. Sauber. Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme. Cafés und Restaurants schließen ab Anfang Nov. teilweise.
