This property did not match the advertisement. It was very misleading, from the pictures posted on the website. There was little to zero communication with the property manager. To start off one week prior to the second payment, the property manager, messaged me a few times for the second payment, but once the payment was made, he couldn't even be bothered to send check in instruction for our arrival. Upon arrival, my family and I had to wait an hour until we finally talked to someone, and at that point the information was extremely limited. Approximately 2 hours after settling in we finally met the owner, who only offered an email for communication, which he took a minimum of 48 hours to respond. Secondly he proceeded to drop off two envelopes wanting an extra payment. The extra charge was not listed on the Homeaway web posting, and when I confronted him about it, he gave me a screenshot of a totally different web page for his property management. Also the cooking amenities were very limited for a family of 6, plus the laundry was pay by coin, which for the price of this appartment is very lacking. More over, 1 out of the 2 washers and dryers were out of order, which makes it difficult for a family sharing a unit with 8 other units. I was not impressed with this place for the high cost and the lack of communication. The owners were very hard to get in touch with, and it felt like the managers were trying to gain extra profits from us. I would never stay at this location in the future!!!!!
