Nice holiday house, 3 storeys, above Makarska, in the district of Veliko brdo 2.5 km from the centre of Makarska, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 2.0 km from the sea-beach, in the countryside, south facing position (Car advised). Private: grounds 1300 m2 (fenced), big garden and barbecue. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 800 m, restaurant 200 m. The house is situated at the edge of an olive grove. Magnificant view on the city, islands and the sea. Welcome !
Accomodation: 4-room apartment cca 90 m2 on the first floor, modern and comfortable: 2 bedroom with double bed and Air Condition (one room is equipped with additional bed (sofa 140*200)) , 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with direct entrance on terace (east), big veranda as living room on south, own table in the garden. Ideal for those who want to avoid summer fuss and crowd, but still spend their vacation nearby active summer city with a lot to offer.

Fantastisch verblijf in Veliko Brdo 12/08/24 - 23/08/24

Wij hebben enorm genoten van het appartement. Alles is voorzien en de ontvangst is enorm hartelijk. Sandra en haar mama hebben ons heel hard verwend. Ze doen er echt alles aan om het hun gasten naar hun zin te maken. Je wordt ook niet gestoord door je buren in de andere 2 appartementen. Bovendien is er voor elk wat wils : zee, bergen, cultuur, natuur,... Een echte aanrader voor een groep van 4 personen.

Ein angenehmer Ort für Ruhe und Erholung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. !!! Nachdem uns die Vermieterin in guten Deutsch begrüßt und auf alles für den Urlaub Wissenswertes hingewiesen hat, haben wir die angenehme Ruhe genossen. Ohne Auto wäre man jedoch verloren gewesen. Der Bus an der nahegelegenen Haltestelle fährt nur 2 x am Tag Richtung Strand, morgens um 9,00 Uhr und irgendwann abends. Die Eltern der Vermieterin leben auch im Haus, sehr angenehme Personen immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sprechen kein Deutsch, aber mit Gesten und Zeichen haben wir uns sehr gut verständigt. Wir konnten uns sogar ein Fernglas ausleihen - ohne Worte. Zwischendurch wurden wir mit ofenwarmen , köstlichen Kuchen verwöhnt. An einem unserer Ausflugtage wurden wir von der "Oma" mit einer Platte Köstlichkeiten empfangen. (Schinken, Speck, Käse, Tomaten, Oliven, frisches Brot etc. und on top eine Flasche landestypischen Wein). Zum Abschied haben wir uns freundschaftlich umarmt und haben sogar noch einen Bund Lavendel und Kräuter aus dem reichhaltigen Garten bekommen. Also: Urlaub mit Familienanschluss.

Tolle Unterkunft und tolle Lage. Allerdings weit oben am Berg und eim Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Sehr liebe Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung war super.. Sehr sauber.. Mit 2 Badezimmern und vor allem Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern... Sandra und ihre Mama sind sehr lieb.. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral.. Alles ist mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar... Es war wunderschön und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort hin...

We had a lot of fun staying in this little house! It was cozy and the owners did everything they could to keep us happy! We had a problem with the TV and they helped us fix it right away! We had a GREAT time taking hikes on the trail down the road from the house! My boys and I had a great time here. ☺️

Great home, great location!

This property was perfect for our young family. It had everything we needed and close to all amenities we wanted to explore while on vacation. The Elberta Dunes are footsteps away and just one of the many must see's!

Die fewo ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Umfeld, wie Garten und Ausblick sehr schön . Die Vermieterin sehr diskret, nur am Anreise/ Abreise Tag im kurzen Gespräch. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen, würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!

Absolute Ruhe und geniale Aussicht

Vielen Dank an Sandra und ihre Mutter ! Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und gut eingerichtet – genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Wohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe; Aussicht auf Berge und Meer ist gigantisch. Fahrtzeit zum Strand beträgt ca. 5 Minuten – Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, da die Straße ziemlich steil ist (mit dem Auto aber kein Problem !). Gutes Restaurant ist in der Nähe – ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ansonsten gibt es alles in Makarska und in der näheren Umgebung. Die Vermieterin Sandra und ihre Mutter wohnen im Haus – sind aber kaum zu sehen und sehr diskret. Sandra kann sehr gut Deutsch, ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden, etc. Ihre Mutter kocht geniale Peka – noch einmal vielen Dank dafür; das war das beste Essen unseres Urlaubs ! Leider kann sie nur kroatisch – wir hätten uns gerne mehr mit ihr unterhalten als in Zeichensprache und mit den paar Worten, die wir können. Wohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen – Natur pur. Sogar die Rebhühner kommen abends an der Terrasse vorbei. Landschaftlich ist die Gegend sowieso ganz toll. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Abstriche empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Objekt mit Blick auf Makarska

Nach einer langen Reise wurden wir herzlichst von der Vermieterin empfangen. Das Objekt ist an die Bedürfnisse eines Urlaubs perfekt angepasst. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Klima, 2 Bäder, Küche komplett und eine überdachte Terrasse, alles wie in der Beschreibung zu finden. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Viele liebe Grüße aus Deutschland 👋🏻

Bella vacanza a Makarska

L'appartamento Bella Vista è molto spazioso e confortevole , con comodo terrazzo per cenare fuori e bel giardino con barbecue con bellissima vista sul bel mare di Makarska. Si trova nel paese di Veliko Brdo, a circa 2 km (di salita) dal centro della città , a 5 minuti di auto dalle prime spiaggie di ghiaia presenti nelle vicinanze.Consigliato vivamente per chi vuol passare una bella vacanza come la nostra all'insegna del relax e della natura...un saluto , torneremo presto a trovarvi! Top of Makarska

Obwohl schon einige Tage her, seit unserem Urlaub in Veliko Brdo (ca. zwei Kilometer von Makarska entfernt) möchte ich es nicht versäumen unsere Unterkunft weiter zu empfehlen. Natürlich muss man zu diesem Grundstück ein Stück den Berg hinauf um dem Straßenlärm und den Geräuschen der Stadt zu entkommen. Man sollte schon mobil sein, dann ist diese Ferienwohnung genau das richtige. Schöner Garten mit tollem Blick auf die Adria. Zum entspannen, oder z.B. zum Grillen bestens geeignet. Zum Sonnenbaden ist man natürlich besser am Adria Stand mit seinem kristallklaren Wasser aufgehoben. Wie von unseren Vorgängern schon beschrieben, sehr sauberund komfortabel. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht indiskret. Man kann gut, wenn man will, für sich bleiben. Uns war es trotzdem ein Bedürfnis auch einmal unsere Wirtsleute einzuladen. Sollten wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen, würden wir gerne wieder hier her kommen. Bis dahin ein gutes neues Jahr 2016 Silvia und Andreas

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Hier haben wir den schönsten Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht. Eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Familie und eine top gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung. Das Haus liegt in Veliko Brdo mit tollem Blick auf Makarska. Im liebevoll angelegte Garten haben wir schöne Abende verbracht. In 5 Gehminuten Entfernung ist das Restaurant "Veliko Brdo". Hier kann man sehr gut essen und durch die Nähe auch mal ein Glas Wein trinken - ohne Auto. In Makarska und am Strand ist man mit dem Auto auch in 5 Minuten. Ein Supermarkt ist im Ort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder. Fam. H. aus Bayern

Can thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment

The property and accommodation were lovely. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and furnishings were of a good quality and very clean. Use of the garden and bbq was available. The apartment is close to a great restaurant, (Grill Panorama), and fantastic walks and views. The owner provided lots of ideas for things to do in the area, such as Dubrovnik, the islands, Mostar This is a great base for exploring this part of Croatia. Transport is definitely required but there is ample parking at the apartment. A lovely quiet place for a fantastic holiday.
