Our cozy vacation apartment in the Kampl district accommodates up to five guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds, one single room, and two bathrooms. The kitchen-living area includes a dishwasher. A small garden offers a pleasant space to relax outdoors and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Towels and bed linen are, of course, included in the rental price.

The location is ideal for both winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers: cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and the Schlick 2000 and Elfer ski areas are nearby. After an active day, you can enjoy local specialties at one of the many restaurants in Neustift's town center, just 2 km away.

The Stubai Glacier, a paradise for skiers and snowboarders, is about 20 minutes away by free ski bus or car. In summer, a visit to the nearby Kampler See is recommended, featuring a beautiful setting and a children's playground with swings, slides, a sandbox, and a climbing wall. The surrounding Stubai Alps offer fantastic hiking and mountain biking opportunities.

Whether with family or friends, our vacation apartment provides an ideal retreat to relax together after a day in nature and unwind in the evening. The nearby Stubay swimming pool offers 5,000 square meters of perfect conditions for swimming and relaxation, including a modern sauna area. Free parking is available directly in front of the property.

Great holiday home at Kampl
We ( three paragliding friends) had a great stay at this home with three separate bedrooms in Kampl. Very friendly owners and everything we needed was available. Only five minutes drive from the paragliding school and mountain lift at Neustift. Lots of other things to do in case the weather is not suitable fot paragliding.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen tollen Familien Urlaub . Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ein Besuch auf deren Almhütte mit dem Rodel ist ein unbedingtes muss. Nur zu empfehlen . Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen .

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist schön groß, gemütlich und sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke.Die Terrasse bietet einen super Panoramaausblick auf die Berge und die Umgebung. Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es zu genüge, ob auf die nah gelegene Alm, auf den Stubai Gletscher oder die Kristallwelten. Der Vermieter Klaus ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gibt Tips was man sonst noch unternehmen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall widerkommen.

Wij mochten 2 weken het Stubaital en omgeving verkennen tijdens onze zomervakantie vanuit deze woning. Mooie ruime woning midden in het dal. Zeer nette woning. En het uitzicht is prachtig.

+++ Super Unterkunft und super Vermieter +++
Wir waren drei Erwachsene, die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, so dass ohne Probleme 7 Personen Platz darin haben. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Brötchenservice ist super und der Vermieter ist sehr entgegenkommend und nett. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen. So kann man zwischen dem Stubai-Gletscher und Schlick2000 spontan entscheiden wo man Ski fahren möchte. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung zum Spitzenpreis. Sehr sympathische Vermieter, die sehr hilfsbereit in jeder Lebenslage sind. Vielen Dank für alles. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich, die Geräte quasi im Neuszustand. Zwei Schlafzimmer bieten alles was man zum Leben braucht zu jedem Schlafzimmer gibt's ein Bad. Platz bietet die Wohnung für fünf Personen. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Wir sind begeistert von der sehr gemütlichen und sauberen Wohnung. Sie ist perfekt für Familien mit mehreren Kindern oder Gruppen. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. In wenigen Minuten ist man auf der Hauptstraße, die einen in die diversen Skigebiete führt. Praktisch war vor allem der Brötchenservice ;) Nicht zu vergessen der sehr nette Kontakt zum Vermieter und seiner Familie. Es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob man neue Handtücher braucht. Wir haben Ausflugstipps bekommen und unser vergessenes Bügeleisen wurde uns sogar nachgeschickt. Alles in allem ist das eine wirklich zu empfehlende Wohnung - egal zu welcher Jahreszeit!

Skiurlaub in familärer Atmosphäre
Bei FeWo direkt wurde ich auf das Angebot vom Objekt 2448397 aufmerksam. Schnell konnte der gewünschte Urlaub gebucht werden und die Details wurden in kürze mit Klaus abgestimmt. Die Anreise war auch zu später Stunde möglich. Sehr herzlich wurden wir von der gesamten Familie Ribis aufgenommen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet erstaunlich viel Platz,vor allem für uns 3 Personen (sehr großzügig in der mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer 1 Küche). Klaus und seine Eltern waren immer offen für Fragen & Tipps zum Skigebiet,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch "secret places". Das Ambiente in der Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, vieles neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hervorheben möchten wir noch den Brötchenservice. Vielen Dank für 4 sehr interessante,entspannte,erholsame und unterhaltsameTage die uns sehr gefallen haben. Wir können dieses Objekt nur Weiterempfehlen.

Familiäre Atmosphäre in einer schönen Ferienwohnun
Die Besitzer der Ferienwohnung sind sehr nett und helfen, wo sie können. Ca. alle zwei Tage kommt Klaus (der Besitzer) vorbei und fragt, ob es Probleme oder wünsche gibt. Für wichtige Insidertips ist er gerne zu haben. Es sind sowohl zwei Doppelzimmer als auch ein Einzelzimmer vorhanden. Die Küche ist neu und mit allem, was man zum Kochen, Essen usw. braucht ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer und auch die Küche sind sehr groß. Kleiner Tipp am Rande alle Schranktüren öffnen, damt auch alles gefunden wird. Die Essecke hat ausreichend Platz. Die Badezimmer sind modern ausgestattet. In einem Badezimmer ist eine Badewanne in dem anderen Badezimmer ist eine Dusche. Der Gletscher ist ca. 20 Autominuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Klaus betreibt eine Alm am Elferlift. Eine Wanderung dort hin ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Eine Wanderung über den Besinnungsweg dauert ca. 2h und geht Bergauf und ab, die kürzere Variante dauert eine gute Stunde geht aber sehr viel Bergauf. Das Essen auf der Alm ist sehr Lecker. Für den Sommer ist die Ferienwohnung auch eine Gute Wahl. Für Wanderer ist die Inbruckerhütte ca. 4,5 Std. entfernt.
