Tolle Wohnung im Hinterland für entspannte Ferien
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung "Giardino". Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig 5-10 Autominuten von Orciano entfernt mit sehr schönem Blick auf Hügel und Felder. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, auch die Übergabe war gut organisiert (Treffpunkt mit Hausverwalterin in Orciano und dann gemeinsame Fahrt zur Ferienwohnung). Der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen, er ist sauber und nicht zu klein. In 1 Autostunde Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und die tolle Küste zu besichtigen.

Erholung pur
Ein schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage zum Entspannen, Erholen und Glücklichsein. Trotzdem zentral und gut gelegen für viele sehenswerte Ausflüge, z.B. Urbino, San Marino, Grotte del Frasassi und vieles mehr. Vielen Dank der Vermieterin für die guten Tipps. Waren aufgrund der Empfehlungen super lecker Essen und Öl und Wein kaufen.

Perfekte Unterkunft und Ausgangspunkt in den Marken
Die Wohnung hat alle Dinge, die für einen wunderbaren Urlaub nötig sind. Liebevoll und schön eingerichtet, sehr gute Lage, schöner Pool . Jede Wohneinheit ist für sich und kann in Ruhe sein. Sehr empfehlenswert! Sehr nette Vermieter.Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa meravigliosa casa. La vista sulle colline circostanti è stupenda! L'arredamento è semplice ma funzionale, e la cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario. La piscina è splendida! Pulizia super!

A perfect tranquil getaway.
We were due at this property during the Covid pandemic as we booked before it all started. Luckily it all worked out in the end, and we had a wonderful family holiday. I would highly recommend if you want the privacy, and tranquility. With the added bonus of a short drive to the usual tourist activities. Lovely shops and restaurants close by too. The pool and property were maintained to a high standard, we just couldn’t fault any of it. All very picturesque, and everything you could need for the perfect self catering stay. The showers are nice, and generally an accommodating property. We loved eating outside each day admiring views, we couldn’t get enough of them. Just spot on and we can’t wait to return!

perfekter Traumurlaub!
...auch wir können bestätigen, dass dieses Urlaubsquartier einfach traumhaft schön und sehr empfehlenswert ist! Wir hatten beide Wohnungen gebucht und im August hier unseren bisher erholsamsten Sommerurlaub verbracht. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist extrem reizvoll - traumhafte Landschaft, nahe Strände, wunderschöne Dörfer nur wenige km entfernt mit tollen und günstigen Restaurants, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. Dies alles, aber vor allem die absolut ruhige und traumhafte Lage des Hauses bieten tatsächlich Erholung pur! Wie schon von den anderen Gästen beschrieben, ist die Ausstattung der Wohnungen v.a. Küchen sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr lobenswert sind die Verdunklungs-Fensterläden sowie Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Das große Grundstück mit dem sehr schönen Poolbereich (mehr als ausreichend möbliert!) ist sehr gepflegt und bietet Kindern wie Erwachsenen alle Möglichkeiten für einen tollen Urlaub. Absolut beeindruckend war auch der Panoramablick des Hauses und die Tatsache, dass man von früh bis spät immer ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück findet. Ein Lob an die Vermieter für die problemlose Abwicklung, die hervorragenden Restaurant-Tipps, sowie an die deutschsprachige Hausverwalterin vor Ort! Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Herrlich erholsam
Der schöne Landsitz liegt etwas unterhalb der Ortschaft Orciano di Pesaro eingebettet in die Hügellandschaft der Region Marken. Zufahrt über eine schmale Naturstrasse. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht für erholsame Ferien. Sehr ruhig, schöner Poolbereich mit genügend Liegestühlen und gepflegter Gartenbereich. Wir haben uns hier prächtig erholen können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es in allen umliegenden Dörfchen genügend. Ebenso gibt es viele schöne Osteria/Ristorante in näherer und weiterer Umgebung. Diese Lokalität ist ideal für Familien die Ruhe suchen. Sehr ideal auch z.B. für zwei Familien die eine gewisse Unabhängigkeit suchen aber trotzdem gewisse Aktivitäten gemeinsam durchführen möchten.

A lovely week in the le Marche countryside
We stayed in the Giardino apartment for a week in June. The accommodation matched the details provided in the listing description. The property is spotlessly clean with good furnishings/fittings and provides all you need for a good comfortable self catering holiday. The grounds are spacious and beautifully lanscaped and the pool and pool area are superb. There are some lovely hilltop and country towns in the area easily reached by car and Fano, a lovely coastal town with good shopping and restaurants can be reached in under 30 mins by car. The owners provided very good customer service throughout and we enjoyed a very pleasant and relaxing week i the sun.

Erholung pur!
Wir haben zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub im Casa Palazzini verbracht und schwärmten jedesmal von diesem tollen und herrlichen Urlaub. Die absolute Ruhe, die Abgeschiedenheit von Hektik und Stress garantieren Erholung pur. Der Weitblick in die wundervolle Landschaft der Marken, umgeben von purer Natur und fernab der Zivilisation machen dieses Domizil zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaubserlebnis. Die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, ans Meer, ins Landesinnere, sowie zu den herrlichen Orten wie z.B. Mondavio vertiefen diesen Erholungseffekt. Für die Kinder bietet das großzügige Grundstück viel Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und der herrliche Pool sorgt für die nötige Abkühlung und auch "Action". Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder !!!

Traumhafter Erholungsurlaub
Wer die absolute Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Weit ab von Hektik und Stress haben wir 2 traumhafte Wochen verbracht. Massentourismus ist hier ein Fremdwort. Ein absolutes Muss ist ein PKW, da man z. B. für Einkäufe ca. 3-4 km Weg hat. Natürlich auch für die Erkundung der einzelnen schönen Orte wie FANO, Urbino, Mondavio usw. ist ein Auto unerlässlich. Ein großes Lob für die Kurzbeschreibung des Feriendomizils. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, ganz im Gegenteil. Es war einfach alles klasse. Auch ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Betreuung vor Ort. Sie waren stets sehr freundlich und standen mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!

Herrlicher Urlaub
Wir haben 3 wunderschöne und ruhige Wochen im Casa Palazzina verbracht. Die Landschaft ist ein Traum und mit dem Pool und der großzügigen Anlage waren unsere Kinder immer beschäftigt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, und es fehlte an nichts.
