Kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated in 2012. The bedrooms were completely newly furnished in 2012 and 2015.
During the summer season (May to October) you can take advantage of the "lifts included" offer, i.e. each guest receives a card for free use of up to 10 lifts (cable cars, chairlifts, trains) in the Upper Engadin during their stay.

Site description: Silvaplana - mecca for water sports. Since summer 1998, the lake has been welcoming not only surfers and sailors but also trendy sportsmen and women, the kitesurfers. In winter, kitesurfing is practised on skis or snowboards on the frozen lake. Silvaplana offers with the Corvatsch, a peak over 3303 m high, a unique area for winter sports activities for skiers and snowboarders, while in summer the high plateau is the starting point for wonderful walks.
