Nice

Really nice owner. Very precisely information on where to park and how to get the key. We only needed 2 things during our 9 days in the flat: an extra chair in the kitchen and a drying rack. We had a lovely holiday and even though it was our 5th time in Goslar, we will certainly come back.

Tolle Zeit in Goslar

Wir hatten eine Tolle Zeit in Goslar. Die Unterkunft bot alles was man brauchte. Von hier aus hatte man die Innenstadt in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht. Auch für Ausflüge eignete sich diese Wohnung gut. Aööes war sauber

Stadt mit großem Erbe

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter im Vorfeld sehr angenehm! So war alles bestens vorbereitet! Vielen Dank Goslar ist eine Reise wert!

Gute ruhige Lage mit Mängeln

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Goslar. Die Lage der Wohnung war super Zentral, trotz direkter Lage an einer Straße sehr ruhig. Das Einchecken klappte ohne Probleme dank Schlüsselsafe. Leider roch es bei Ankunft sehr muffig in der Wohnung. Der Geruch war auch nicht mit ausgiebigem Lüften aus der Wohnung zu bekommen. Nach genauerem Suchen konnten wir die Toilette und die daran angeschlossene Fakalienpumpe mit Häksler als Ursache ausmachen. Hier fehlt eine seperate Entlüftung nach draußen, der Geruch wurde ins Bad geleitet. Auch hatten wir bei Ankunft leider ein nasses Badezimmmer, da es von der Decke tropfte. Das tropfende Wasser kommt vom Bad der oberen Wohnung. Der Kühlschrank war auch abgeschaltet, sowie das Eisfach ohne wirkliche Kühlfunktion. Unser Eis ist darin geschmolzen. Schade, wir hatten von der Wohnung anhand der Bilder mehr erwartet.

Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Das Zentrum war gut zu erreichen. Und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir konnten etwas früher und später abreisen entsprechend unserer Bahnfahrzeiten. Das war super und kam uns sehr entgegen.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Die Ausstattung an Haushaltsdingen ist sehr gut. Teller, Tassen, Besteck etc. sind sehr reichlich vorhanden. Die Möbel und der Bodenbelag sind leider schon etwas abgegriffen.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung

Wohnung ruhig gelegen und geräumig, zu Fuß sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Freundlicher Kontakt zu dem Eigentümer. Ein Negativpunkt: der Blick in den Hinterhof auf eine Vielzahl von Mülltonnen und Fahrrädern. Da könnte man z.T. mit einfacher Trennwand (Gartenbedarf) Abhilfe schaffen.

Insgesamt gut

Zusammenfassung: Die Wohnung ist prima gelegen, am Randes des Harzes und zugleich mitten in Goslars Altstadt. Betten und Ausstattung passen für 4 Personen, allerdings mit leichten Einschränkungen. Sauberkeit ebenfalls gut, hier und da jedoch nicht perfekt. Details: Wir haben mit einer vierköpfigen Familie eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht und von dort aus viele Unternehmungen gestartet. Der große Vorteil liegt klar auf der Hand: Man hat den Harz und großartige Natur vor Füßen, kann aber zugleich auch aus einer Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und historischen Highlights Unternehmungen je nach Lust und Wetter planen. Für diese Lage kann man nur 1+ vergeben! Das Elternschlafzimmer liegt direkt an der Straße, hat für uns aber trotz offenem Fenster keine Nachteile gehabt. Es ist abends ziemlich ruhig. Wohnzimmer und Kinderzimmer liegen im hinteren Teil der Wohnung. TV funktioniert über Internet, welches per WLAN-Repeater in der Wohnung bereitgestellt wird. Leider ein Minuspunkt, die Verbindung ist oft nicht stabil. Es gibt ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele und Leselektüre, falls man es selbst vergessen hat. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten bzw. Matratzen sind auch für alte und empfindliche Rücken in Ordnung. Trotzdem einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Küchenmesser schärfen (sind allesamt unbrauchbar) - größerer Kühlschrank (für Selbstversorger mit 4 Personen viel zu klein - stabileres Internet - Grundreinigung unter Couch usw. Sonst alles gut!

Die Lage ist super

Unser Aufenthalt war angenehm die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut da man alles mit kurzen Wegen erreichen kann auch der Parkplatz ist mit einem kurzen fussgang zu erreichen und parken ist nachts kostenlos.
