Beautiful property!!
This is a truly beautiful place to stay whilst in Berlin. Peer and his wife are lovely people that welcomed us on arrival, showed us around the house and most of all what trams and buses to use. Mahlsdorf is close to the city centre and easily accessible by tram and train. The house is 100 years old and very, very comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality and help, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Berlin. Julie, Rob and Rose (Perth WA)

Geheimtipp für einen Berlinaufenthalt
Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die Unterkunft und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gute Verkehrsanbindung mit den Öffentlichen trotz Randlage.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Nachbarschaft und eignet sich hervorragend, um nach einem aufregenden Tag in Berlin zu entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great apartment
The hosts were very friendly, helpful and kind. The place is very nice with a homey, comfortable feeling. The beds, couches and other furniture were very comfortable. It has everything one needs for a stay including washer, dishwasher, nice appliances and Smart TV. Restaurants and stores are close walking distance and public transportation is convenient. There are nice walking trails and a very quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place for families or adults!paths

Perfekte Basis für Berlin-Besuch
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, die ein guten Ausganspunkt für eine Städtereise nach Berlin bietet. Abgesehen davon, dass die Wohnung mit allen ausgestattet ist, was man braucht und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit sind, ist die Anbindung zur Stadt hervorragend. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Tram, die S-Bahn ist nicht weit und nach einer halben Stunde ist man in Berlin-Zentrum. Eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen beim nächsten Berlin-Besuch gerne wieder!

Een mooie lokatie om Berlijn en omstreken te leren ontdekken op de fiets: weg van de drukte van de stad en gelijk in een mooi fietsgebied. Vanuit de lokatie kun je aansluiting zoeken op bekende fietsroutes, o.a. de eurovelo-routes.

Es war wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, die S-Bahn Station ist praktisch vor der Tür. In einer halben Stunde ist man auf dem Alexanderplatz. Die Vermieter sind wie immer sehr nett und helfen wo sie nur können. Auch für Kinder bieten sich diverse Angebote wie Freibäder. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Peer und Katrin haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns jede Menge Informationen über Berlin gegeben. Viele wertvolle Tipps, was man alles in Berlin unternehmen kann. Tolle Altbauwohnung mit genügend Platz für eine Familie mit Teenagern. Super nette Hausgemeinschaft, die einen offen empfängt und im Garten nette Gespräche führt. Jens und Svea haben uns gute Vorschläge für Ausflüge gegeben. Und Isi der Haushund hat die stundenlangen Streicheleinheiten sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Aufnahme in Eure Hausgemeinschaft. Alles Gute und man sieht sich immer zwei Mal im Leben!

Excellent hébergement à Berlin
Hébergement propre, bien adapté pour 4 personnes. Certes un peu éloigné du centre de Berlin, mais très bien desservi par les transports en commun ( tram + train ou bus et métro, compter 40 à 50 minutes). Mais l’endroit est accueillant et très calme.

1 Woche war durchgeplant. Nach der Anreise sollte das Auto stehen bleiben und der Nahverkehr sollte uns zu den ausgesuchten Sehenswürdigkeiten bringen. Genauso kam es auch. Super netter Empfang durch die Vermieter, die auch noch einige Tipps hatten. Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nette und aufgeschlossene Hausbewohner. Das Berlin Welcome Ticket (A-B) reicht, wenn man nicht unbedingt nach Außerhalb will. In Verbindung mit der BVG- App absolut zuverlässig und genau (nicht wie DB). Mit U-, S-Bahn, Tram und Bus lassen sich die Fußwege sehr kurz halten. Auch die ca. 40min bis in die Innenstadt waren eher Sightseeing als lästig. Also Danke nochmals an die Vermieter und von hier aus ist Berlin allemal eine weitere Reise wert.

EINWANDFREIE FERIENWOHNUNG IN GUTER LAGE
Wir waren für 5 Nächte in Berlin und durften unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung verbringen. Wohnung sehr groß und geräumig! Sauberkeit top! Ausstattung sehr gut! Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort auf der Straße vorhanden, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür(Tram), S-Bahn mit dem Auto ca. 5Minuten! Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit zum einkaufen für Frühstück ca. 400m entfernt! Vermieter sehr freundlich! Allen in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Als Tourist unbedingt die Berlin Welcome Card mit dazu buchen!
