Great Little Apartment

Lovely space.

Property is one hour plus from city center using public transportation. Very close to the airport with Metro. It is a lovely space, quite comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. As stated in other reviews, there is nowhere to hang any clothing. The large windows in the front room allow for street noise. If you are getting around by car this is a perfect place to stay. Communication with the host was excellent.

Berlin Visit

Very well kept, cozy apartment. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The host is very responsive and friendly. There is a pretty good Indian restaurant just down the street as well as a tiny pizza place (you have to make a reservation!) that looked wonderful but we could not get a table. Only complaint is that it is a bit off the beaten path. That said, the tram line is super convenient and reliable.

Apartment is just as described and plenty of amenities. Host very friendly and great communication. Grocery store and Laundry about 10 min walk. Easy to get onto public transportation. Berlin city center about 45 minutes by trains. Quicker by car. Apartment is ground floor with some neighborhood sounds to be expected. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in a authentic German neighborhood

We loved our stay in Inken's apartment and would gladly return should the opportunity arise. The apartment was secure, charming, roomy and comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed. As a bonus it was on the ground floor so there was no need to b deal with stairs. The neighbourhood was easy to get to and to get around in. The tram stop was just a block away. There were at least 3 bakeries within a block, a couple of restaurants, a couple of bars, and a convenience store. If you like being away from the tourist zone and yet still be able to get to it by public transit then this place is perfect. Inken Klewitz is a sincere and caring person who do what she can to make your stay enjoyable.

Kurztrip Berlin

Das Ein- und Auschecken war super, coole Idee. So konnte ich mich Sonntags schon sehr früh auf den Heimweg machen ohne jemanden wecken zu müssen :-) Parkplatzsuche war nicht so einfach, musste ich aber auch nur am Anreisetag, da ich dann nur mit den Öffentlichen gefahren bin. Ich hatte alles was ich für den Aufenthalt brauchte, habe mich in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist gut, um Umland und Stadt zu erreichen. Die Fewo liegt direkt an der Straße, daher etwas laut am frühen Morgen, aber es ist nicht so schlimm. Die Fewo ist echt gut eingerichtet, der Checke-in unproblematisch. Wirklich empfehlenswert.

Ruhig und gemütlich

Eine sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Tram fährt fast vor der Tür, leider gibt es im Moment eine Baustelle Richtung Schöneweide, was den Weg in die Innenstadt leicht verlängert hat. Die Wohnung ist im Studentenviertel, in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es viele Imbisse.

Schöne Woche

Das Apartment war früher wohl ein Restaurant, welches nun in zwei Apartments aufgeteilt wurde. Es scheint auch eine Verbindungstür zu geben, die war logischerweise verschlossen. Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung alles was man braucht, komplett eingerichtete Küche. Die Umgebung gefiel uns auch, da konnte man am Abend auch noch mal in ein Cafe oder Bar gehen. Ebenso die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist perfekt, ca. 2 Minuten bis zum Bus/Strassenbahn. Alles wie es sein soll.

Laut + nicht zu lüften

Bewertung FeWo Berlin Die FeWo war: Sehr sauber Schick eingerichtet Super Lage – Tram 1 min zu Fuß Dennoch nur 1 Punkt – warum? Der Wohn- / Schlafraum ist quasi nicht zu lüften. Der großen Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen (es ist wohl ein ehemaliges Café mit bodentiefen Fenstern im EG). Es wurde die Lüftung durch ein Oberlicht empfohlen. Das ist aber sehr klein und bringt eigentlich keine Frischluft. Außerdem muss man auf den Tisch steigen, um überhaupt an den Griff zu kommen. Nachts auf lassen, geht auch nicht weil es dann viel zu laut ist. Es wurde auch empfohlen durch die Wohnungstür zum Durchgang zum Hof zu lüften. Das ist aber auch schlecht da im Hausflur (das ist der Gang in den Hof) die Nachbarn abends stehen (Feierabend Bier) und rauchen. Da ist einfach zu viel Mief. Die Lüftung im Bad geht auch nicht. Die Handtücher trocknen deshalb nur schwer. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer, das sehr eng ist, ist es feucht und riecht (Schimmel ?) Außerdem ist die Wohnung laut. Man hört jedes Wort, das Passanten auf der Straße beim Vorbeigehen sprechen. Ausschlafen ist also nicht drin. Das Fenster ist nicht schallisoliert. (Das Haus selbst ist leise) Außerdem stand am Haus gerade ein Gerüst, wegen Fassaden-Arbeiten. Das wurde gerade abgebaut. Über dies Baustelle erfolgte vorab keine Info. Nicht gerade nett. Und gut wissen: Der Wohn- / Schlafraum hat keine Tür – ist also zum Flur hin offen. Wenn man als Gruppe verreist mag das stören. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank.
