In the hamlet Oro 2 km from the centre of Bellano, 28 km from the centre of Lecco, 60 km from the centre of Como, in a sunny position on a slope, 3 km from the lake. 2 km long narrow motor access to the house. 30 m stepped path to the house. Parking, public parking 30 m. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, railway station "Bellano" 2 km, ferry "Varenna - Bellagio - Menaggio" 10 km, pebble beach 2.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.1 km. Surf school 2.7 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Orrido di Bellano, Chiesa di Santi Nazaro e Celso, Villa Monastero Varenna, Castello di Vezio Varenna. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Pian di Bobbio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Sentiero del Viandante, Pian delle Betulle. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence.
