Alles sauber, schöne Atmosphäre, alles einfach perfekt! Klare Empfehlung!

Als erstes war die Kommunikation mit Zoran war sehr angenehm - schnelle Antworten und sehr hilfreich. Als wir beim Haus angekommen sind hat er uns freundlich empfangen und einen Rundgang durchs Haus gemacht. Alle Zimmer sind sehr ähnlich - darum auch wenig Streitereien bei der Zimmerauswahl! Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen top eingerichtet - es fehlt eigentlich nichts. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön mit vielen Plätzen zum Sonnen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und Haus natürlich top!

Underbart hus i ett lungt område

Ett stort hus för den större gruppen, vi var 8 vuxna och 6 barn/ungdomar. Huset ligger på gångavstånd till havet ca 1,3km. Huset har en egen pool med en extra mindre upphöjd pool samt en bubbelpool inomhus. Huset var perfekt för avslappning med poolerna, biljardbord och bordtennisbord. De enda påpekandena vi hade var att köket kanske var klent utrustat för ett så stort hus, men ägarna fixade nya glas och tallrikar som föregående gäster haft sönder. Och de skaffade snabbt fram ett nytt kylskåp då vi inte klarade oss på ett litet skåp eftersom vi lagade de flesta måltider i huset. Så jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hus till dem som vill boka ett bra hus som ligger nära både flygplats och havet.

Nicht besonders gepflegt, schimmel in vereinzelten Räumen

Nicht besonders gepflegt, duschköpfe Lose, im Bad keine Belüftung deshalb stinkt es,keine Handtuchhalter, in der Küche zu wenig Teller und Gläser, nur für 13 Personen geeignet nicht 14 wie der Vermieter beschrieben hat , insgesamt sehr viele Mängel am Haus. Vermieter nett, Lage zum Meer gut, aber mindestens 1 km entfernt

Det ända negativa är att man måste ha bil för att kunna göra saker, samt att det inte finns sand stränder. Men totalt set ett bra resmål och ett fantastiskt hus!!

Schönes Feriendomizil

Wir hatten zehn entspannte Tage in diesem sehr großen Haus. Es war gar kein Problem alle 14 Personen unter zu bringen. Am meisten gefallen haben uns der Pool und die Terassen. Hier haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Nach einem langen Strandtag kann man hier den Tag perfekt ausklingen lassen. Der Weg Strand war auch mit unseren Kindern gut zu laufen und nicht zu lang. Natürlich haben wir auch die anderen Einrichtungen des Hauses genutzt, diese waren allerdings nicht das wichtigste für uns. Einziges Manko war der, für 14 Personen, viel zu kleine Kühlschrank.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in einem sehr schönen Istrie

Hallo, wir waren Anfang Juni mit 8 Erwachsene und 1 Kind in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie sie beschrieben wird. Ob die sehr modernen Zimmern, die gut ausgestattete Küche, die sehr sonnigen Terrassen, das kleine Wellnessparadies, oder die eigene kleine Spielhalle...Uns allen hat es an nichts gefehlt. Großes Highlight ist aber der Pool, der sogar noch erweitert wurde, ist einfach nur Top! Was uns noch wichtig war, dass die Vermieter immer gleich zu Stelle waren, wenn wir eine Frage , oder uns sehr stark Unterstützt, wenn wir in der nähe was gesucht hatten. Essen kann man hier sehr gut, vor allem beim Nachbarn... Strand ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang entfernt, dieser ist sehr sauber und steinig. Empfehlung ist sicher das Kap Kamanjak...ein echt tolles Gebiet in einem sehr schönen Istrien. Lieber Ljubica, vielen Dank noch mal für alles und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

Kroatien -> Immer wieder

Überragend. Top Unterkunft + top Lage = top Urlaub!!! Allgemeinzustand der Anlage war sehr gut, wie auf den Bildern zusehen. Tante Emma Laden in der Nähe war super. Entfernung zum Strand war auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Vermieter/in war sehr hilfsbereit und man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Fazit: Diesen Urlaub würden wir alle sofort wiederholen!

Top Villa der es an nichts fehlte

Hallo, Wir waren als eine Gruppe, bestehend aus 12 Jugendlichen zwischen 18 und 21 Jahren, im Sommer hier auf Urlaub. Als wir die erste Hausführung und Unterweisung erhielten, konnten wir, von Begeisterung über die wirklich sehr nobele Villa, kaum richtig zuhören. Der Urlaub war einfach genial, eigener Pool, Jacuzzi, Billiardtisch, Grill.... was will man mehr. Auch Hauspartys stellten sich als kein Problem heraus, weil man bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen kaum etwas nach aussen hörte! Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, dasselbe galt für die Bäder. Alles in allem war das Haus in einem perfekten Zustand. Der Weg zum Meer hat sich mit ca. 15 min auch als durchaus bewältigbar herausgestellt, dazu kommt noch, dass am Strand jede Menge Unterhaltung geboten wurde. (Jetski, Bananaboot, Tretboot usw.) Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und somit hatten wir da keine Problem, es klappte alles einfach perfekt. Aus all diesen Gründen, werden wir auch heuer wieder im August eine Woche hier urlauben.
