Wunderschöne, geräumige Wohnung, in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet, besitzt zwei geräumige Schalfzimmer mit bequemen Betten und ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und freudlich und war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit vor Ort.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt, wie übrigens das gesamte ruhig gelegene Haus mit Parkplätzen. Schöner Balkon, nette Vermieter. Lage strategisch gut zu Salzburg und Wandermöglichkeiten bei Ramsau, Berchtesgaden etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, klare Empfehlung bei fairem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Wohnung sieht schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Alles ist mit Liebe dekoriert und sieht neu renoviert aus. Die Lage ist top. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht so gut aber wer braucht das bei dieser Aussicht schon ;)

Erholsame Woche in Aufham
Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Fr.Seehuber überaus herzlich Empfangen und danach wurde uns die Ferienwohnung inclusive aller Annehmlichkeiten gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet und die Einrichtung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Keller steht den Gästen eine Sauna und eine Infrarotkabine kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war für uns perfekt,da man von dort aus sehr schnell viele schöne Ziele erreichen kann. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig gelegen und von dem riesigen Balkon aus hat mal einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Berge,da die Wohnung ein wenig höher im Ort gelegen ist. Piding ist ca.10min entfernt und dort gibt es Alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht.Abgesehen von Rewe,Edeka,Aldi befindet sich auch ein kleines Outlet im Ort wo man mitunter die Marken Nike,Adidas,Lloyd und Odlo findet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und der Kamin im Wohnzimmer hat in den ersten drei Tagen bei winterlichen Temperaturen uns gut durchgeheizt. Für warme Füße hat dann noch die Fußbodenheizung im Bad gesorgt. Da die Möglichkeiten so vielreich sind und die Natur zum Wandern einläd werden wir sehr wahrscheinlich ein weiteres Mal hier Urlaub machen. Wir freuen uns schon darauf bei unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder bei Familie Seehuber den Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Hier haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebe Grüße aus dem Ruhrgebiet

Ein schöner Urlaub
Das Haus ist zentral in Aufham gelegen und hat einen großen Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Die Restaurants lassen sich Fußläufig erreichen. Vom Haus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hausberg Hochstaufen oder auf den Untersberg. Viele Wanderungen lassen sich hier starten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
