Great!

Very clean and lovely house, with a wonderful view and full of any comfort. The guy who waited for us was very kind and patient to explain all the information. It's just a few bus stops from the Tigel Airport and well connected to the Shoegel Airport. The house is very good located, there are: the underground, after the corner, supermarkets, pubs, everything you need, we stayed 6 night with a 5 years child. Very very satisfied. We recommend it.

Die Fewo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung, prima Startpunkt im die Stadt kennen zu lernen. Alles in allem empfehlenswert!

Berlin in Sommerhitze

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut zentral gelegen. Es gibt sehr gute Verbindungen. Wir hatten Pech. Es war sehr heiß und somit bei offenen Fenster sehr viel Strassenlärm. Die Qualität der Wohnung ist okay.

Es gibt Gutes - Es gibt Schlechtes

Zuerst die positiven Aspekte: Die Wohnung liegt ideal ür einen Berlinbesuch. U-Bahn und Bus sind direkt vor der Haustür, die S-Bahn leicht erreichbar. Vom 6. Stock hat man einen netten Ausblick, der Verkehrslärm hält sich in Grenzen und ist nicht störend. Einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in dr Nähe. Nachteilige Aspekte: Das Treppenhaus ist nicht besonders sauber und stinkt nach Zirattenrauch. In der Wohnung sind die IKEA Einrichtungsgegenstände einem hohen Verschleiß unterworfen. Der kleine Tisch an der Wand wackelt, Duschkopf und Kosmetikspiegel defekt, Abfluß der Dusch mangelhaft - Haarsieb völlig zugesetzt. Rückenkissen der Couch nicht vorhanden. TV unliebsam eingerichtet - freie Programme wie SAT1, RTL usw. werden nicht empfangen. In der Küche gibt es keine richtigen Gläser und beim Geschirr muss man Glück haben um 2 passende Tassen zu finden. Küchen- und Brotmesser sind derart stumpf, das sie nur noch Hackfleisch schneiden. Kopfkissen und Decken sind einfach verbraucht und eine Zumutung. Fazit: Hier wird m. E. auf Grund der guten Lage nur noch Geld herausgezogen, aber nichts mehr zum Wohlbefinden der Gäste investiert.

Optimale zentrale Lage

Wohnung ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nützlich, Garage ist zubuchbar. Geschäfte, Fast Food, U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Übliche Großstadtgeräusche, aber nur gedämpft und absolut erträglich. Man kann kein Wellenrauschen und Vogelgezwitscher erwarten, wenn man so zentral wohnen möchte. Vernünftiger Preis, ich werde hier wieder buchen.

Great apartment!!

The location was great. Subway on the corner. Easy Access to most of Berlin. Restaurants coffee shops and grocery stores within one block. The apartment is minimal but we where there for naps and sleeping. Bed was comfy. It had everything we needed.

Für 1 Woche wohlgefühlt

Eine nette Wohnung in strategisch bester Lage. Alles ist mit Bus oder U-Bahn gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben auch in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt und waren froh, nach den Strapazen des Sightseeing mal abends zu Hause zu bleiben. Wir würden wiederkommen.

FeWo mit Mängeln...

In der FeWo fehlte einiges, was zur Grundausstattung gehört: Besen, Staubsauger, Putzzeug... Keine einzige Rolle Klo Papier! Blöd, wenn man gerade ankommt und konnte noch nicht einkaufen. Der Fahrstuhl funktioniert nicht immer. Die Müllklappen sind manchmal überfüllt. Lärm von der Straße.

Great apartment, great location

Apartment was near everything we needed, restaurants, gelato, train, groceries. We visited during a hot spell - as the apartment isn't air conditioned, a fan would be helpful. Sleeping with the windows open was necessary, but loud. Otherwise, perfect apartment for our needs.

Superbe séjour !!!

L'appartement est calme, propre et très fonctionnel. Très bien pour 4 personnes (une famille avec 2 enfants). Situation idéale : le métro est au pied de l'immeuble, ainsi que les commerces essentiels (boulangerie, supermarché). Facile à trouver. Très bon accueil. Et le parking à disposition est pratique quand on vient en voiture Merci pour cette expérience. The apartment is quiet, clean and very functional. Very good for 4 people (a family with 2 children). Ideal location: the metro is at the foot of the building, as well as essential shops (bakery, supermarket). Easy to find. Very good welcome. And the parking available is convenient when you come by car. Thank you for this experience.
