The carefully renovated stone house is located on the western edge of a small hamlet. It is free-standing on three sides, the garden and terrace overlook the light-flooded olive groves of the Merula valley. The wine-covered pergola invites you to spend the hot lunchtime sheltered on the terrace. The house captivates with its loving expansion and stylish furnishings. Via the terrace you enter the large kitchen with the well-equipped cooking area. The dining area can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. A nice wood stove provides warmth if necessary. Through a passage you enter the friendly living room with a beautiful view over the valley. It is equipped with a large sofa bed and armchairs, a swedish stove, a stereo and some literature. A wooden staircase leads to the upper bedroom with a double bed, below you will find 2 further bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds (1 loft bed) as well as the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

By train to Andora, from there by bus in the direction of Stellanello to Armati, continue on foot for about 0.5 km via a mule track or about 1 km by road.
If you come by car, you will find parking on the village square at the entrance to the village (approx. 20 m from the house). All over Liguria, you have to expect narrow and steep mountain roads in the hinterland.

The holiday home is considered booked as soon as, in consultation with the landlord, half of the rental amount including d. Final cleaning fee is paid to the landlord. The rest of the rent must be paid at least 14 days before the start of the rental.
The rental property including furniture u. the other objects in it are to be treated with care. The tenant has the accompanying and./O. to urge visitors to care. The tenant is liable for culpable damage to the rental property, the furniture or other objects in the rental property by him or accompanying persons.
Defects that may occur when the rental property is taken over./O. The landlord must be notified immediately in a suitable form during the rental period.
The rental property is a non-smoking property. The tenant undertakes to respect this.
Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
Cancellation and termination of stay: If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental without naming a subsequent tenant who enters the rental on the same terms, the following pro rata rents (excluding final cleaning) must be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, if one other rental is not possible.
Termination:
up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price;
up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price;
up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price;
up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price;
later than 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord endeavors to rent the property to someone else.
Early termination:
If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
