Private: garden 3'500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sauna. Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant 800 m, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 21 km. Nearby attractions: San Feliciano 25 km, Panicale 32 km, Assisi 33 km, Passignano sul Trasimeno 34 km, Todi 34 km, Cortona 50 km. Please note: car recommended.
