Perfect for families
We were looking for something close to Pula, but away from large crowds, yet has everything you need close by. This hit all the marks. Hosts were always available, but we also always felt like we had total privacy. Parking is convenient. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach, and maybe about 10 minutre drive to Pula. I can't comment on public transportation unfortuantely, seeing that we never used it. The spaces were clean and comfortable. Some apartments we more updated than others, but all in all good. Pool and outdoor seating was great. We barely spent time indoors! We took up all the apartments though, so we felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. I would recommend staying here to others looking to visit the area.

Tolle Lage
Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen, entspannten Urlaub. Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt acht Kindern von 2-12 Jahren und sind in der Unterkunft sehr gut zurecht gekommen. Pool direkt vor der Tür und zum Strand ist man ca 10 min zu Fuß unterwegs. Sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren sehr nett!

Waren mit Freunden und Familie dort hatte alle drei Wohnungen für uns allein. Die Apartments, der Pool, das Meer einfach alles hatt gepasst.

Prädikat empfehlenswert!
Wir waren vom 24.06.19- 06.07.19 mit 6 Erwachsene (1 Rollstuhl) und 3 Kinder da. Wir hatten die Wohnungen A, B und C. Die Beschreibung entspricht im großen und ganzen den Bildern. Ein Manko für Rollstühle ist, dass die Duschen nicht befahrbar sind. Aber die Außendusche am Pool ist eine vollwertige Dusche. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig. Die Vermieter wohnen oben drüber, sind aber sehr unauffällig. Aber zu jedem Zeitpunkt erreichbar. Hier wären Englischkenntnisse zum Vorteil. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 10min zu Fuss. Wer frische Brötchen morgens haben möchte, hat den selben Weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug. Bis nach Pula sind es ca. 10min mit Auto. Bootstouren sind sehr empfehlenswert. Also im großen und ganzen wars ein sehr schöner Urlaub und sehr wahrscheinlich sehen wir uns wieder:-)

Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer kleinen noblen Siedlung namens Štinjan gelegen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie eine kleine Bäckerei sind in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar. Štinjan liegt auf einen kleinen Hügel, somit ist der Weg zum Meer und vor allem zurück etwas schweißtreibend aber zu bewältigen. Am Wasser ist man nach ca 400m. Um zu einem passenden Liegestrand zu gelangen muss man weitere 500 Meter in Kauf nehmen. Schöne Strände gibt es direkt links vom Hafen im Campingplatzgelände oder rechts davon. Dort wurden neue Bade- und Sportanlagen samt Gastronomie erstellt. Wem das zu viel ist, der kann natürlich auch den herrlichen Pool samt überdachter Sitzgelegenheiten und Grillstation genießen. Der Pool steht allerdings für alle Wohnparteien (3 FeWos) zur V Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Sandra mehr als genossen und kommen immer wieder gerne.

Sehr schöne Apartments
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 jungen Männern. Die Apartments waren sauber und sehr gut gepflegt, ebenso der Pool und die draußen-Anlage. Auch zum Strand war es nicht weit und in der Umgebung waren Restaurants und 1 Supermarkt. Fazit: Alles Tip-Top und sehr schön

Super Urlaub
Wir hatten das Apartment C was gerade ganz neu renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Urlaub im August 2014
Wir, Familie mit 2 Kindern (15 und 18 Jahre), haben vom 17.8. bis 27.8.2014 einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Ulika verbracht. Wir hatten die Wohneinheit B, die sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ist. Die Angaben im Inserat beziehen sich auf A+B zusammen. B ist die kleinste Einheit mit geschätzt 30 - 35 m2. Das Schlafzimmer enthält ein großes Doppelbett mit sehr guten Matratzen, das Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa. Die Ausstattung der Küche entspricht den Angaben, bis auf das Fehlen einer Mikrowelle, die wir jedoch nicht vermißt haben. Zur Wohnung gehört eine schöne Terrasse, wobei abends Mittel zur Mückenabwehr empfehlenswert sind. Zum Strand (auf dem Camp Brioni) sind es ca 300m, etwas weiter auf der Halbinsel und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen finden sich tolle Buchten. Gute Restaurants finden sich in Stinjan, auf dem Camp Brioni, in Fazana oder Pula. Ein Auto ist eigentlich nicht nötig (zumal es auch eine Buslinie gibt), die etwas weitere Umgebung bietet aber soviele schöne Ziele, dass es doch zu empfehlen ist. Wir denken gerne an diesen schönen Urlaub zurück und können die Villa Ulika absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Familie Prsic-Zmak.

Kroatien privat
Das Apartment entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen und den Angaben des Vermieters. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sonderwünsche unsererseits wurden umgehend erfüllt, so dass es an nichts fehlte. Durch den persönlichen Kontakt kam schnell eine familiäre Wohlfühlatmosphäre auf. Wir erhielten viele "Geheim-Tipps" über die Istrische Küste (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants etc.) und verlebten einen wirklichen Traum-Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
