Lack of communication

Unable to stay at this property due to lack of communication from host on the check in process. Contacted host several times before the stay regarding the check in process without a response. Only received something from the host three hours before check in without the questions I had asked answered. VRBO was little help correcting the situation. Paid for the stay without getting to use the reservation. We ended up rescheduling a stay through another platform where communication is more of a priority. This problem really caused a ton of stress scrambling to find housing on our holiday at the last minute.

Modern eingerichtetes, sauberes Apartment. Sauna im Gasthaus. Ruhige Lage. Leider zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten von S-Bahn Station entfernt. Busse dothin stündlich. Einrichtung ist spärlich, einige nützliche Küchenutensilien fehlen. Deshalb eher Wochenend-Apartment. Freundliche Kommunikation kann gerne verbessert werden

Great house, clean and quit

We had a great time staying here. The unit was immaculate, the check in was easy, the town was lovely, and the communication with our host was impeccable. I highly recommend this property. Great place to see a small town and close enough to the train to get into the city.

Quiet little hideaway

This place is exactly what we needed. We've been on the go for about 2 weeks now and spent a day at Oktoberfest so a quiet place to hide was the best thing to happen to us. 1/2 hour with the S-Bahn and you are in the heart of München. The food in the restaurant is amazing and some of them wait staff were the best ever. Lots of fun.

Ideal für einen Städtetripp nach München

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt vorab und im Hotel. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Hochbetten lassen sich mit Schiebetüren vom restlichen Raum abtrennen, was mit Kindern vorteilhaft ist. Es bleibt etwas hellhörig, daher eher für den Kurztripp geeignet. Gute Bahn- Anbindung nach München, 20 min bis Ostbahnhof. Im Ort von Bäcker bis Supermarkt alles vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Familien Kurztrip geeignet

Das Objekt ist super, was Lage und Sauberkeit angeht. Mit einer Familie mit 2 kleinen Kinder würde keinen längeren Aufenthalt machen. Für größere Kinder passt es aber. Wir hatten Buchungsprobleme was Herr Golnner aber behoben hat. Er konnte zum Glück unseren Urlaub retten.

FANTASTIC, Modern Place to Stay!

Very nice, renovated, modern property! The bed was comfy. There were doors that closed off the bunk beds for privacy. Very spacious room. Even better than the pictures! The restaurant there was also delicious. We loved our stay here!

Buona struttura

La struttura è molto buona. Il titolare gentile. Siamo stati qui per terza volta e purtroppo unica nota dolente è il ristorante. Sono maleducati… sempre scortesi… perfino al momento del saldo del conto… peccato!!!! In Italia avreste preso un bel zero per quanto siete scontrosi e anticipatici

Nie mehr Neuwirt

Ich bin das 3te und definitiv letzte Mal hier. Die ersten 2male war bis auf Staub und ein kaputter Kühlschrank alles ok. Ich war mit mit meinem Erwachsenen Sohn hier,benötigen also 2 separate Betten,auf meine × Anfragen im Vorfeld ob es wieder das selbe Apartment wäre gab es keine Antwort. Es erwartete uns diesmal eine Art Abstellkammer, Müll unter der Heizung, der Vorhang nicht zu schließen und halb abgerissen,ein Doppelbett- ganz toll wenn einer gern lang auf ist und der andere Früh raus muss ,zumal wir nicht gebucht hätten wenn das im Vorfeld zur Absprache gekommen wäre. Das " Bad" eine dunkle Nasszelle wie im Krankenhaus,nach dem Duschen ( was kalt und zugig war)das erklärt auch die nur 2 kleinen Handtücher, hier möchte man nicht mal duschen gehen.Falls doch, ist der komplette Boden nass so dass keiner mehr ohne nasse Socken zum WC gelangt. Der dreckige Lampenschirm überm Bett ist die einzige Beleuchtung dort ,entweder ungemütlich hell oder dunkel in der Bettecke. Nur 2 Decken, mein Sohn ist 1,90 und ich finde eine kl.Decke auch mehr als ungemütlich. Und das für diesen Preis?? Da ist jedes Autobahnhotel billiger gemütlicher und leiser. Die ganze Nacht ein Dauer geräusch wie eine Kühlanlage o.ä. in den Morgenstunden dann der Verkehr der Hauptstraße. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist.Nie wieder Neuwirt.
