For lovers of strolls or bicycle tours it is possible to discover, departing from the house, the village of Monsagrati or the mountains of the Pizzorne and the lovely hamlets of the area. The city of Lucca (20 km), Pisa (35 km) and the sea (25 km) is within an easy reach.Perfect holiday home for families , who look for quietness and the absolute privacy of a private house at the exclusive use of the guests! Entrance on the ground floor: dining room with dining table, fireplace, tv, 1 French sized double bed settee (1.20m width), kitchen with stove, small electric oven, small fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, exit onto the garden, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, basin, bidet. Narrow wooden staircase to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, wardrobe, exit onto the back of the house (the house lies hillside on terraces). The big garden is fenced with mash wire and posts (at some points the mash wire is not continuous), set in terraces and equipped with a gazebo with a table, chairs, barbeque and wood burning oven, swimming pool set on earth 7.32m x 3.66m, depth: 1.30m, deckchairs, sun-umbrella, table and chairs, external illumination at the pool area.
