Casa Playa2 has an excellent location just 50 meters from the promenade of the beach Playa Cristal in the prestigious urbanization of Pino Alto. In this area it is easy to find restaurants and beach bars to have a drink or dinner on the beach.

Casa Playa2 has three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with bathtub, wc, equipped kitchen, porch, terrace with beautiful views and private garden with barbecue. The quiet residential complex has a communal area with swimming pool and tropical garden.

On the ground floor there are a living room with an accesse to the terrasse, a fully equipped kitchen and wc. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom for these 2 bedrooms and a suite room with a double bed.

Miami Playa is 20 minutes from Port Aventura, it is a quiet town with the best beaches on the Costa Dorada. Playa Cristal was the first beach in Catalonia with the blue flag of the European Community, with restaurants and beach bars and a beautiful promenade. At night there is a lot of animation in a family atmosphere.

COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, walkways, parking areas, ...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
