The house is located within the Pula Golf Resort of Son Servera, and within a radius of less than 3km there are three different golf courses (Golf Son Servera, Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf). The villa is surrounded by a beautiful oak forest, note that you will find a very large outdoor facilities and inside the house everything necessary for customers to feel at home, comfortably and enjoying a magnificent indoor design. It is a perfect villa for families, friends and especially for golfers and / or cyclists, therefore ideal for those who want to enjoy their holidays in a fabulous environment.

The distribution of housing is as follows:

Upper floor: SUITE bedroom (with double bed) + Ensuite bathroom + Living room + 40m2 terrace

Rules:

- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa

-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.

-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
