The cosy and tastefully furnished wooden holiday home with its own garden is located close to the water and offers you a view over the garden and the holiday home settlement. Thanks to the huge panoramic windows that extend from floor to roof and the open gallery on the first floor, the house is particularly bright and inviting. Here you can unwind and take a deep breath all year round. At any time of year, you can make yourself comfortable in the beautifully furnished living room on the ground floor or on the light-flooded gallery after long days in the great outdoors. When the temperatures drop, there is nothing more cosy than reading a book in front of the crackling open fire, cooking with the family or playing board games.



In the garden or on the open terrace, you can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Spend sociable evenings on the terrace, make yourself comfortable on the garden furniture or have a barbecue and make plans for your holiday excursions. If you want to get active, you can use the table tennis table, while the little ones can get creative in the sandpit. In the winter months, the sauna house next to the holiday home invites you to relax.



The harbour village of Zerpenschleuse offers you an ideal starting point for a holiday in the idyllic and green north of Brandenburg all year round. The municipality of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterised by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Lange Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal. As an angler, you can also get your money's worth here and put your fishing skills to the test. Surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. The Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday homes, where nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet can relax.
