The charming and idyllic Lehner Schlössl is located in the village of Leutasch at the end of an access road. Secluded but still close to the village center, it is the perfect vacation home for families or groups of friends. In summer it offers the perfect location for various hiking trails and in winter the entrance to the cross-country ski trail is right outside your front door!
The cottage has 133m2 with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the other bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be pushed together without problems. The unique vacation house offers thus place for altogether 6 persons + children.
Two bathrooms with shower/WC and an extra WC complete the comfort. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, these include for example: Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The cozy sitting area offers enough space for any common cooking or game evenings. A spacious pantry offers additional space for your self-catering vacation!
However, one of the highlights is located in the cozy living room! The reason why the Lehner Schlössl is called Lehner Schlössl: As you can see in the photos, the vacation home has a tower, which can be reached via a staircase in the living room. Once at the top, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. But not only the view up there is breathtaking - it is also by the given seating the perfect retreat to let your soul dangle or read a book.
The other 2 highlights of the Lehner Schlössl are on the one hand the sauna and the whirlpool, which are both located in the outdoor area. Whether in the whirlpool or in the sauna - the view of the surrounding mountains is simply breathtaking! Only landscape and mountains! What could be better on vacation?
In the in-house garage there is space for 1 car - directly outside by the garage there is even an e-charging station and other parking options.
In addition, the Lehner Schlössl has a photovoltaic system, produces more electricity than needed and is therefore completely self-sufficient in terms of energy.
