In the house: sauna, hot tub (all included), lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Steep motor access to the house (ramp). In Winter: please take snow chains. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 450 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.3 km. Golf course 16 km, tennis 1.3 km, gondola lift 450 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 450 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Access to the underground garage by a car lift.
