It is an ideal spot for families and guests who want to go to the beach or do some shopping in one of the many fashion stores of Viareggio.
Cultural visits may be organized easily. Your children can play on the big meadow which surrounds the house or they may enjoy beach life. Immerse into night life – the area offers many clubs, pubs and bars.
There is pergola in front of the house equipped with table, chairs and barbeque; there is 1 service room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet with external access. The 1000 sqm sized garden has lovely meadow, olive trees and many flowers. Sunbath on the deckchairs, sun-umbrella also at your disposal. Parking within the grounds. The little town of Viareggio was founded in the year 1200 as a fisher village – today it is considered to be the pearl of the Versilia – with its historical beach clubs, the sandy beaches, the famous promenade along the sea with modern shops, mansions in liberty style, bars and boutiques.
