The holiday apartment "Historisches Apartment Duregghof" is located in San Genesio Atesino, in a historic farm dating from the 17th century. It boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. Our farm is situated at 1,300m in a very sunny location, we are about 20 km from Bolzano.
This 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 adult and 1 child under 14 years.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite and cable TV as well as children's books and toys.

Perfekter Urlaub für Ruhesuchende

Pros: Die Außergewönhnliche Historische Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung. Die überaus liebevollen und herzlichen Gastgeber Christa und Paul. Sowie der reichhaltig bestückte Frühstückskorb mit allerhand selbstgemachten Leckereien.

Eine Perle in den Bergen

Liebevoll eingerichtete, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick auf einem idyllischen Bauernhof wie aus dem Bilderbuch mit vielen verschiedenen Tieren. Ein Traum für kleine und große Kinder. Sehr, sehr nette Vermieter.

Paradiesischer Ort mit wundervollen Gastgebern!

Pros: Uralter romantischer Bauernhof mit vielen verschiedenen Tieren und traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die sehr herzlichen Gastgeber haben den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Wohnung ist einerseits mit viel Liebe im historischen Zustand belassen worden, bietet aber gleichzeitig modernen Komfort.

Wunderbare Unterkunft!

Pros: Kleine Ferienwohnung in einem wirklich alten Bauernhof. Für große Menschen sind die Räume vielleicht ein bißchen niedrig, aber das wird allemal wettgemacht durch die schönen Materialien (hauptsächlich Holz), die wunderbare Einrichtung und vor allem die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Wenn's draußen kalt ist und morgens schon beim Frühstück der von den Gastgebern frisch angefeuerte Ofen knistert - herrlich! Wenn man erstmal dort ist, benötigt man sein Auto nur noch zum Einkaufen. Laufen und mountainbiken kann man direkt vor der Haustür, und wenn es dann doch mal an irgendetwas fehlen sollte, bringen die Gastgeber es aus dem Tal mit. Cons: Nichts.

Der Duregghof ist ein magischer Ort.

Pros: Wir wurden wunderbar herzlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sofort wohl und entspannt gefühlt. Christa und Paul sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die ich bisher kennengelernt habe. Wir haben von ihnen soviel erfahren über den Hof und die Gegend und hatten einen wunderschönen gemeinsamen Abend zusammen am Lagerfeuer. Das liebevoll gerichtete Frühstück ist legendär und Christa hat uns zwischendurch immer wieder mit hausgemachten Schmankerl verwöhnt. Die Wohnung hat eine ganz besondere Ausstrahlung, alles ist sehr stilvoll renoviert mit vielen schönen Plätzen zum entspannen. Rund rum gibt es viele schöne Wanderwege, die nicht überlaufen sind. Der Hof strahlt vor allem auch durch seine abgelegene Lage eine große Ruhe aus. Am besten merkt man das, wenn man längere Zeit dort verbringt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Toller Bauernhof in Alleinlage zum Wohlfühlen. Wundervoller Ausblick

Pros: Super herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgaber. Wir konnten uns zu allen Ausflügen Tipps bei ihnen einholen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung sowie der gesamte Hof laden zum verweilen, träumen und entspannen ein. Es gibt so viel zu sehen und entdecken. Von den Tieren bis zum traumhaften Garten, überall sind kleine Details versteckt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Wunderbar

Unser Aufenthalt Anfang August hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Gastgeber waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns und den Kindern viel über originäre Hofarbeit, Land und Leute näher gebracht. Die Ruhe und Aussicht haben wir ebenso genossen, wie die hofeigenen, leckeren Produkte. Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Noch nie so viel Gastfreundschaft erlebt!

Pros: Man kann es nicht in Worte fassen, man muss es einfach selbst erlebt haben. Super liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben so viel gezeigt bekommen und durften so viel helfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir vermissen schon die Hunde und die anderen Tiere.

Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Pros: Due Gastfreundlichkeit der Besitzer ist unvergleichlich; große Rücksicht wurde auf die Tatsache genommen, dass sich unsere Tochter vor Hunden etwas fürchtet. Absolut empfehlenswert das Frühstück mit hofeigenen Produkten! Unsere Kinder durften zudem aktiv am Hofleben teilnehmen und den Alltag und die Tiere kennenlernen: eine einzigartiges Erlebnis. Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, sauber und mit Spielen und Büchern ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Spielplatz gibt den Kindern viel Platz zum Spielen. Für Wanderungen und Waldspaziergänge super gelegen :)

Einfach traumhaft - Erholung pur - beste Gastgeber

Wir waren eine Woche auf dem Duregghof und haben uns auf den ersten Blick verliebt. Der Hof liegt traumhaft am Ende einer kleinen Bergstraße. Vom warmherzigen Empfang, über tolle Wanderwege (direkt vor der Haustür oder ist einer kurzen Autofahrt verbunden) und köstliche hofeigene Produkte bis hin zur tollen Gastgebermentalität der ganzen Familie. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und der Abschied fiel uns sehr schwer. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass hier die Tradition gepflegt wird: das selbstgedeckte Strohdach ist eines der letzten seiner Art in Südtirol. Die Ferienwohnung war toll, traditionell, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir werden wiederkommen
