Beautiful, cosy terraced house "Empedrola II", 2 storeys. 5 km from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (13 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: property (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Supermarket 4.5 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
