Nice renovated winemakers house with garden

Beautiful, renovated typical Mosel slate house, large new bathroom with separate shower and tub, 4 separate bedrooms, of which one as a family room, max. 8 adults. And two children. The fully equipped kitchen and the adjoining open living / dining area with fireplace offer plenty of space for 10 people. The house has a high equipment and has been lovingly furnished (fitted kitchen, microwave, washing machine, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, etc.). The garden is situated in an idyllic courtyard with no direct access to the street and invites you to relax and crickets. The house is therefore ideally suited (grill, swing, sandpit etc. available) also for families with smaller children. Storage facilities for bicycles or motorcycles made in the adjacent barn.
Bernkastel-Kues, and other towns can be easily reached both on foot and by bicycle.

Wunderschönes gemütliches Haus

Sehr stimmungsvolles Haus an der Mosel
Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Bohn für die nette Weinprobe! Wir haben unser Kochwochenende in dem gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen. Auf der unteren Ebene kann man sich als Gruppe sehr gut aufhalten und gemeinsam kochen, essen, spielen usw.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen dort. Die Ausstattung, sowohl im Haus als auch für den Garten, ist super und auch für etwas größere Familien/Gruppen geeignet. Die Fenster zur Strasse bieten enen sehr guten Schallschutz. Die Umgebungen bietet sich zum Wandern an und die Nähe zu Bernkastel Kues ist ebenfalls von Vorteil. Sogar ein gefüllter Weinkühlschrank ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Unkomplizierter Urlaub
Das Winzerhaus ist wunderschön und übersticht mit Holzboden, schönem Garten und einem geräumigen Wohn- Essbereich im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist gepflegt, ordentlich und abgesehen von ein paar Staubflecken (vor allem in den Ablagen der Dusche) auch top in gereinigt. Der Check-In lief problemlos ab, sodass wir ab 16 Uhr ins Haus konnten und neben einem freundlichen Begrüßungsschreiben auch ein Empfangsgetränk vom Weingut nebenan erhielten. Lediglich die Abrechnung der Kurtaxe hätte gerne im Vorhinein kommuniziert werden können, da wir heutzutage alle eher bargeldlos unterwegs sind. Wir waren nur etwas verwirrt, weil in der Ausstattung angegeben wurde, dass ein Whirlpool vorhanden sei, weder im Haus noch im Garten jedoch etwas derart auffindbar war - abgesehen von der Badewanne. Da in den Schlafzimmern nur helle, dünne Gardinen an den Fenstern montiert sind, sind wir alle relativ früh wach geworden. Wenn man also lichtempfindlich ist, muss man erfinderisch werden. Wünschenswert wäre auch gewesen, im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit, Lebensmittel wie Öl, Salz, Pfeffer etc. für den nächsten Mieter dalassen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Vogt lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Bei Fragen erhielten wir zeitnah eine Rückmeldung und alles wurde transparent gemacht.

Es war sehr schön! Das Einzige, dass wir zu bemängeln haben, ist die Tatsache, dass es insbesondere im Erdgeschoss mit den vorhandenen Heizungen nicht richtig warm wurde. Den Ofen haben wir leider nicht so richtig ans Laufen gekriegt.

Tolles altes Winzerhaus
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen alten und liebevoll eingerichteten Winzerhaus mit gemütlichem Innenhofgarten. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die Durchgangsstraße, die allerdings nur in einem der vier Schlafzimmer für Beeinträchtigungen sorgte. Sonst war alles top
