Very comfortable country house, 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 km from the centre of Collecorvino, 14 km from the centre of Montesilvano, 16 km from the centre of Pescara, on top of a hill, traffic calmed area, 14 km from the sea, 14 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: large, well-kept garden, parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, supermarket 7 m, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant, bar 3 m, railway station "Pescara Centrale" 15 m. Sports harbour 16 m, tennis 11 m, ski school 55 m. Nearby attractions: Castello con la sua torretta, Parco Fluviale, Chiostro e convento. Please note: car recommended.
