Il Parco Flat is a nice flat located in a residence with swimming pool, close to the historic centre of Salò, a lovely town on the shores of Lake Garda. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the harbour, the equipped beaches and the magnificent lakeside promenade of Salò where one can find restaurants, bars, shops and all basic necessities.
The dwelling, being located in a strategic point, allows our clients to enjoy their holidays forgetting the car, as any kind of attraction is within walking distance.
Modern three-roomed apartment of 75 mq m located a few steps from the historic centre of Salò, with a small terrace and a large garage. Suitable for both small families and couples wishing to spend a holiday of culture, entertainment, sport or relaxation, enjoying the tranquillity of the wonderful swimming pool available, shared with the residence.
The flat, located on the first floor, is composed as follows: entrance into the living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with twin beds, double balcony equipped with outdoor table and chairs.
Sun loungers are available.
The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation.
The accommodation is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with heating and air conditioning.
