5 tage mit der ganzen Familie

Es war super hier. Das Haus ist perfekt gewesen für unsere Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr unkompliziert mit der Vermieterin. Die Umgebung ist herrlich !Kommen gerne wieder.

Heel fijn verblijf voor een grote groep

Goede prijskwaliteit om met een grote groep te skiën in Warth. Alles was in het huis aanwezig, de bedden slapen lekker en het huis wordt goed verwarmd

Sehr schönes altes Bauernhaus mit hervorragenden sehr großen Garten. Die Aussicht und in mitten vom n Bergen traumhaft. Super Parkmöglichkeit. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner waren verfügbar. Einzig waren wir etwas überrascht das das Haus direkt an der teilweise viel befahrenen Hauptstraße lieg (der Garten befindet sich hinter dem Haus und man bekommt so nicht so viel der vorbeifahren Fahrzeuge mit), was aus dem Exposé so nicht erwähnt und ersichtlich war. Der Aufenthalt war für uns sehr schön und wir empfehlen diese zu 100% weiter.

Nie wieder

Wir waren mit mehreren Leuten vor Ort und es war das erste und letzte mal. Die Betten stellenweise zu klein, die Straße die an das Haus grenzt klingt wie eine Rennstrecke dazu kommt das ein Schlafzimmer sehr schlecht beheizt war. Die Preise für eine Wanne Holz von 5€ die nicht mal richtig gefüllt war ist völlig überteuert dazu kommt das für die Sauna nochmal 0,70€ die Kilowattstunde NICHT gerechtfertigt ist bei einem Strompreis von rund 0,29€ kwh. Das einzigst positive war, dass das Haus sauber und das es Landschaftlich schön gelegen war. Im großen und ganzen ein schönes Haus mit ordentlich versteckten Kosten. Nie wieder...............

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Was uns positiv aufgefallen ist: Sehr schönes Haus und sehr schöne Zimmer. Wohnzimmer super gemütlich. Toller großer Garten. Super netter Kontakt, man konnte sich jederzeit melden wenn was ist. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Spiele/Spielgeräte draußen vorhanden. Sonst auch sehr viele Utensilien vorhanden die man benutzen kann. Was uns negativ aufgefallen ist: Die Lage - direkt an der Straße. Anfangs war nur wenig Holz für das Fass da, Fass war nicht wirklich sauber. In der Sauna stand noch Wasser im Bottich für den Aufguss, wurde scheinbar nicht gereinigt. Im Haus sind einige Sachen die mal repariert werden sollten, zum Teil Lampen und Glühbirnen defekt. Schade ist, dass man die Sauna extra bezahlen muss, das ist bei dem Preis für das Haus meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich nötig und könnte inklusive sein. Die Holz Wannen die man auch bezahlen muss sind nur zu 2/3 gefüllt. Auch schade ist, dass man keine Lechtal aktiv card bekommt. Bei unseren früheren Unterkünften waren diese immer inklusive. Insgesamt war es aber sehr schön und für größere Gruppen auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.

Charmantes Haus - fast wie zu Hause

Reizendes, traditionelles Haus mit viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Ausblick auf die Berge, sie sind zum Greifen nah. Küche perfekt ausgerüstet für große Gruppen. Silvia unterstützt vor Ort mit Hingabe und tollen Tips. VIELEN DANK!

Ein wunderbarer Familienurlaub in den Bergen

Ein wunderschönes uriges Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlte. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, Küchen und Bäder sehr schön und modern. Die Hausmeisterin Silvia war super! Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir waren 14 Personen und die Umgebung bietet so viele tolle Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeit, dass unsere 4 Tage leider nicht reichten. Unser Highlight war eine Raftingtour auf dem Lech - grandios! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

War ein Erlebnis

Uriges Bauernhaus mit viel Holz. Küche und Bad sehr schön. Ganz alleine mit großer Wiese für kleine und große Kinder super. Sassen bis nachts um 23.00 Uhr am Feuer super schön. Das Einzige Negative war das es hier keine Gästekarte gibt für Busfahrten oder andere Vergünstigungen

Tolles Haus für große Gruppen

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal im Farberhaus. Die Ausstattung (Küche, Bäder) ist super für große Gruppen. Der Garten mit Sauna, Grillstelle und Bergblick ist spitze. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war total unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dafür!

Familienwochenede

Wir hatten 3 herrliche Tage im Farberhaus. Tolle Lage und das freistehende Haus bietet viel Platz im Freien und im Haus. Im Jacuzzi hatten meine Enkel richtig Spaß und die Sauna war auch beliebt. Die Küche enthält alles was eine Großfamilie braucht. Silvia war sehr hilfsbereit und es hat alles funktioniert. Wir können das Haus gerne empfehlen und kommen bestimmt auch mal wieder.
