Above Osteno 700 m from the centre of Osteno, 7 km from the centre of Porlezza, 23 km from the centre of Lugano, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 700 m from the lake, 10 m from the stream, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property 1'700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. 100 m long very narrow motor access to the grounds. Width of access road: 200 cm. Parking on the premises, public parking 300 m on the road. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 6.5 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Lugano" 24 km, pebble beach 700 m, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16.5 km, surf school 7 km, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Grotte di Rescia, Cascate di Begna, Menaggio, Lugano, Sighignola Balcone D'Italia. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Val d'Intelvi-Pigra-Alpi, Monte Crocione, San Benedetto in Val Perlana. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Leuk gedateerd huisje

Het gehuurde huis werd omringd door een grote gesloten tuin. Ideaal voor een verblijf met honden. Het huisje zelf leek een erfstuk te zijn dat zo lang mogelijk uitgemolken werd. Onderhoud en investeringen leken niet gedaan te worden. Dit leidde in onze ogen tot ongewenste en soms gevaarlijke situaties. Een paar voorbeelden: Op de kleine aanrecht stond een stekkerdoos vlak bij de gootsteen; in de tuin lagen stukken gebroken asbest; bijna alle dubbele ramen waren lek (besloegen aan de binnenkant).

Nicht Ideal für Hundespatziergänge

Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr schön. Der Garten für Hunde und Mensch ein Traum, doch leider ist die Gegend nicht Ideal für Spaziergänge mit Hund. Es muss an der Strasse gelaufen werden oder mit dem Auto weit weg gefahren werden um einen Hundegerechten Spaziergang zu machen. Die Einrichtung der Küche (Geschirr und Untensilien) waren nicht sehr ansprechend aber alles vorhanden.
