Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Nach einer absolut reibungslosen Übernahme des Hauses hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Objekt. Es war sauber,alle benötigten Dinge waren vorhanden und man konnte sich einfach auf den Urlaub konzentrieren.

Leider ist das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und das Haus hat einen beheizbaren Pool. Allerdings war das Haus sehr ungepflegt und viele Dinge sind kaputt. Die Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt und der Vermieter ist wirklich nett, war aber seit Jahren nicht vor Ort. Schade !!!

Overall, very happy renting this home for 3 weeks. Only complaint was the king sized mattress in the master bedroom was horrible and needs to be replaced.

unprofessional behavior

will never recommend this place to anyone due to owner's unprofessional behavior. everything was fine, I booked my stay from Dec 18-Dec24 2021 and the owner approved it, then the next day my problems start. the owner send me a message in German language I asked him to text in English then he asked me for my phone number explaining that it will be easier to communicate then I realized that it was my mistake. The owner started to call (up to 4x a day) saying that I have to leave the house Dec 23 bc he will have to pay more for the cleaning on Dec 24 due to holiday. I asked him to cancel booking bc this is not what he agreed for and he will spoil my plans for holiday, I still had enough time to find similar property in the area. unfortunately even customer service was not able to help me.

BEWARE/ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Overall the house was dirty, missing/broken blinds, mattresses were awful, missing lightbulbs, comforters had bleach spots, washing machine had mold in it & there was a tremendous amount of black mold on the lanai! I brought this to the owners attention & he did NOTHING about it! I have several pictures of the dirty house, missing & broken things as well as A LOT of black mold!

Excellent House, great holiday - would return to this house in the Cape!

The house was great. We really enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. We would defintely go back to this house. The pool was large and very warm. The kitchen was was clean and well equipped. Outdoor grill worked well. Three eating areas - kitchen, dining room and outside by the pool. AC worked fine - nice and cold. Showers were large and powerful - plenty of hot water. Large bedrooms. The king size bed was not as comfortable as we had wished. But all other beds were fine. Large double garage with electric door opener. Any questions / issues we had during the stay were handled fast and efficiently by property management. A few things to note which are also noted in the listing: - Water and electricity costs extra and is charged on checkout. - There is no cable TV just local channels so bring your own TV or streaming logins. The owner was very pleasant and thorough to deal with. On arrival we were greeted with calming music and water/wine in the fridge.

Wonderful stay at Villa Lady Maria! All the necessities you would need available and the pool was great. Location is perfect whether you wish to just lay by the pool or venture out for the day to Sanibel or nearby beach. Will be back again! Thank you Raymond for a fabulous stay!

Family vacation

Beautiful house, needs some updates and maintenance. Understand the owners haven’t been able to come because of Covid so it makes sense. Mattresses need replaced, none of the outdoor solar lights worked, including down by the dock. Also the dock has several nails sticking up, we pounded them in but they came back up. Dock needs to be fixed as it is dangerous. This home is beautiful and with some minor issues fixed it would be outstanding. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Great Quiet Clean House with Nice Pool

Very clean nice and tidy. Good size for a couple or two. My only negative would be that the beds are a little old but that could be fixed with new mattresses easily enough. My wife and I had a great week enjoying the property. I personally spent a lot of time outside around the pool!

Great escape from the north

Toller Urlaub in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage

Wir, vier Erwachsene und ein Kind, hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Haus. Das Haus lässt sowohl was Einrichtung und Ausstattung angeht kaum Wünsche offen. Wir hatten schon im Vorfeld sehr netten und informativen telefonischen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und wurden vor Ort bestens durch die Hausverwaltung betreut. Alle Infos zur Haustechnik (sei es der neue Gasgrill, die Klimatechnik oder die Pooltechnik) wurden leichtverständlich erklärt und funktionierten tadellos. Auch Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder deutschen Bäckereien waren sehr nützlich. Das Haus wurde bei unserem 10 tägigen Aufenthalt alle 2-3 Tage von dientbaren Geistern gepflegt. Man selbst bemerkt das typischerweise erst nach einem Ausflug, wenn der Rasen wieder geküzt ist oder ein Hinweis zur erfolgten Poolreinigung im Aussenbereich zu finden ist. Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschönem Haus

Wir waren mit drei Personen für zwei Wochen in dem sehr gepflegten Haus. Begeistert waren wir von der Sauberkeit, Geräumigkeit und der ruhigen und doch zentralen Lage (Strände, Restaurants und Shopping Malls waren sehr gut zu erreichen). Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Florida-Urlaub braucht (voll ausgestattete offene Küche, schöner Gasgrill, Liegestühle, großer Pool). Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Hausverwalter. Wir können die Villa Lady Maria weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend

Schon zum zweiten mal durften wir die "Lady Maria" benützen. Ist eine tolle Villa ideal für 2 EW und 2 K. liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und auch der Ausgangspunkt für div. Ausflüge ist ideal. Saubere Unterkunft wo alles klappte. Preis Leistung auch super was will man mehr......

Wonderful Vacation Home

My wife and I stayed for 10 days this past February. This property was everything promised on the website and more. It is a beautiful house, very clean and very well appointed. It is very well situated in Cape Coral in a quiet and attractive neighbourhood and an easy drive to attractions and services. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a great pleasure dealing with the owner and his management team and we look forward to the opportunity to return for another visit!

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem drum und dran
