Alles in Ordnung

Kurzaufenthalt in Kühlungsborn, zwei Nächte. Bis auf die Tatsache, dass die Matratzen für meine Ansprüche zu weich waren, habe ich nichts auszusetzen.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Tolle Unterkunft, Platz steht ausreichend zur Verfügung, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, direkte Zentrumslage und trotzdem ruhig :-)

Sehr zufrieden

Die Unterkunft war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Wohnung ging zum Innenhof raus und ruhig gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Die ferienwohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet. Das 2. Schlafzmmer ( Doppelstockbett) war ein bißchen eng. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden, so dass man auch den Geschirrspüler nutzen konnte. Leider war das Schwimmbad wegen Corona nicht nutzbar, was sich aber nicht im Preis berücksichtigt war.

Die Lage ist einfach nicht zu Toppen. Alles kurze Wege. Parkplatz. Na ja das ist immer so eine Sache . Zu klein für die Autos der heutigen Zeit.

Top Lage, schöne Wohnung für max. 4 Personen

Hallo. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr gut. Es hätte etwas mehr Staub gewischt sein können. Die Lage zum Strand und zur Promenade ist top. Das Parken in den Etagenstellplätzen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Vielen Dank.

Würden wir wieder buchen

Das Objekt war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt im 3.Stock und hat an der langen Fensterfront im Wohnbereich keinen Rolladen.. evtl könnte es bei schönem Wetter toll warm werden. Leider hatten wir kein schönes Wetter. Dafür funktionierte die Heizung auch in August. Der Hausmeister war schnell zur Stelle, als das Kochfeld streikte. Etwas ärgerlich fand ich, dass man gebeten wird, bei Verlassen der Wohnung zu putzen, Wäsche abzuziehen, Müll entsorgen...usw und trotzdem xx,xy Euro Reinigungsgebühr bezahlen muss. Ansonsten war es eine angenehme ruhige Wohnung, obwohl sie lebhafteren Bereich liegt. Wenn wir nochmal nach Kühlungsborn kommen möchten, würden wir sie wieder nehmen.

Moderne geräumige Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Nur ein paar Schritte von der Seebrücke entfernt. Die Fenster gehen zum ruhigen grünen Innenhof. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist ideal für Kinder und die Sauna komplett eingerichtet.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, zentrale Lage ,freundlicher Empfang

Es war alles so , wie es beschrieben war. Einziges Ärgernis war der Balkon , der von den Taupen ,,bekleckert"wurde. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Super Urlaub

Sind jetzt das 3te mal in der Anlage. Alles super, schön gepflegte Anlage. Die Ferienwohnung super eingerichtet. Rundum zu empfehlen. Besonderer Dank gilt den Mitarbeitern, Probleme gibt es dort nicht, diese werden sofort gelöst. Und SUPER FREUNDLICH. Alles Top
