Beautiful, cosy, comfortable farmhouse. In the hamlet Le Tetre Bal with 6 houses, 6 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 7.5 km, bakery 2 km, railway station "Gare SNCF de Saint Malo" 6.6 km, ferry "Gare maritime du Naye" 9.4 km, sandy beach "du Val" 7 km, thermal baths "Thermes marins de St Malo" 6 km. Sports harbour 8.5 km, riding stable 5.4 km. Nearby attractions: Grand aquarium de St Malo 8.2 km, Cité Corsaire de St Malo 8.4 km, Pointe du Groin 12 km, Dinard 15.7 km, Dinan 32 km, Le Mont St Michel 45 km. Please note: car recommended. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 16 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage on the property. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
