Great stay for a big family in a quiet neighborhood

We had six adults and three kids On vacation to explore the Christmas markets. The layout was perfect for us with one flat having a big living room/dining room for our gatherings and having enough space to spread out to let kids sleep. Natalia was helpful and her place was very clean.

Great Apartments!

We met with family and stayed in two of the apartments. The apartments were very clean and very comfortable. We had some very young children in our group, and the apartments and Natalia accommodated them very well. Natalia answered all our questions prior to our stay and was extremely responsive even despite the 7 hour time difference. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and we recommend these apartments to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Natalia!

Sehr saubere, großzügige Unterkunft mit vielen Schlafplätzen

Für mehrere Familien (Familientreffen) ideal. Wir hatten alle 5 Apartements über den Jahreswechsel komplett gemietet. Alle Wohnung waren hell und freundlich und funktionell eingerichtet. Dank der netten Vermieterin war es auch kein Problem Stühle und Tische aus mehreren Apartements umzustellen, um somit einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum für alle einzurichten. Parkplätze waren im Hof ausreichend vorhanden. Die Nahverkehrsverbindung nach Fürth und Nürnberg ist durch Regio/Bus (beides 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt) und U-Bahn gegeben. Damit ist das Objekt für Aufenthalte im Großraum Nürnberg sehr zu empfehlen, selbst wenn es auf den ersten Blick etwas abgelegen erscheint.

Abgesehen von kleinen Mängeln war es perfekt

Grosse saubere Wohnung in einem alten Gebäude. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl in der Wohnung. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer auch Nachts merklich befahrenen Strasse. Die Wohn- und Schlafzimmerfenster zeigen auf die Strasse und daher muss man sich entscheiden für Verkehrslärm oder Frischluft in der Nacht. Das Kinderzimmerfenster zeigt in den ruhigen Innenhof mit hauseigenen Parkplätzen. Die Wohnung zeigte leichte Abnutzungsspuren, war aber für ihr Alter gut in Schuss. Wir bemerkten eine defekte Birne im Badezimmerschrank (von ?4?), die aber nicht störte und eine in der Dunstabzugshaube, die unangenehmer war, da diese insgesamt nur zwei hat. Alles was wir an Küchen-Geräten benötigten funktionierte. In der Küche waren leider nur zwei Kaffeelöffel und kein Kochlöffel vorhanden. Auch vermissten wir einen Besen, um mal die Brotkrümel etc. zusammenfegen zu können. Dafür mussten wir den kleinen Handfeger nehmen, was etwas mühsam war. Im Wohnzimmer ein Grosser Flachbildfernseher mit Sat-Anschluss und daher vielen Programmen. WLAN ist vorhanden, gefühlt aber mit wenig Bandbreite. Das machte sich vor allem Abends bemerkbar, als alle Mieter da waren. Wirklich störend waren eigentlich nur die Rollläden. Die haben definitiv das Ende ihrer Haltbarkeit erreicht. Problemlos lies sich kein einziger schliessen. Alle verkanteten beim runter lassen und benötigten mehrere Versuche bis es endlich mal klappte. An schlimmsten war der im Kinderzimmer. Den musste man, wenn er ganz oben war, bei geöffnetem Fenster von Hand ca. 20cm runter ziehen, bevor er dann wieder von selber (mit verkanten) lief. Alles in allem waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden und werden uns die Adresse für unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Gegend merken. P.S.: Auf den anderen Seite des Innenhofes ist übrigens noch ein Gebäude der gleichen Vermieterin, das deutlich neuer aussieht und vmtl. keinen Verkehrslärm aufweist. Aussen angeschrieben ist es mit "NATUR-Appartements". Unter diesem Begriff findet man es auch in ihrem Internetangebot.

Muy acogedora. ecológica e impecable

We have released the house of Natalia and her husband. Friendly reception, fast communication and available hosts at all times. It is a house built with eco-friendly materials 100%, very cozy, very clean, with everything needed for a holiday stay. Located in Furth, a lovely village at 18 minutes from Nuremberg. We have gone for work and if we have to go back definitely rent this house. Highly recommended.
