Sommerurlaub in Nikiti
Wir haben ein wunderschönes restauriertes Haus in Alt-Nikiti vorgefunden und haben die Zeit dort, etwas weg vom Trubel, sehr genossen. Ein Mietwagen ist ratsam, den wir auch genutzt haben, um Sithonia zu erkunden. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein Traum
Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Haus ist wohl nicht zu toppen. Hier stimmte einfach alles. Tolle Einrichtung, wunderbare Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten, die Küche ist perfekt mit allem drum und dran. Selbst die vielen Messer sind scharf! Rundum ist alles qualitativ hochwertig! Balkon und Garten haben wir gerne genutzt. Sehr nette deutschsprechende Nachbarin. Und den Hund, der anfangs nachts bellte, haben wir uns erzogen, er schläft jetzt nachts :) Schön, dass wir zu Gast sein durften.

Ein wunderbares Haus
Wir waren als Familie über Ostern 2024 in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Die Lage im "alten Bereich" ist ruhig und ansprechend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im unteren Teil des Hauses sind die beiden Schlafzimmer (gute Matratzen) und das Bad. Im Obergeschoß ist ein großer und hoher Raum mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, einem großen Tisch, einem großen Sofa mit hoher Decke und Natursteinwänden. Balkon: Das Meer ist zwar entfernt - aber aufgrund der leichten Höhenlage ist der Blick aufs Meer wunderschön. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt keine heißen Temperaturen. Aber wir können uns vorstellen, daß im Sommer die Klimaanlagen sehr hilfreich sind. Wir haben in den ersten Tagen eher mit der Klimaanlage und dem offenen Kamin geheizt. Sehr ungewöhnlich und angenehm, daß ein Fernseher mit Streaming und einer Soundbar zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben häufig und mit Freude gekocht. Die Küche gibt es wirklich von der Ausstattung her. Genügend Platz im Kühl/Gefrierschrank. In ca. 20 min ist man gemütlich ans Meer gelaufen. Auf halben Wege haben wir an der Hauptstraße gute Restaurants gefunden (z.B. "The Kitchen" regionale Küche einfach / "Domestik" hochwertig). Ein Auto ist geboten, wenn man das Umland und ein paar schöne Strände aufsuchen will. Westküste südlich "Kalogria Beach" (10 min Fahrt), Ostküste "Paradise Kavourotripes Beach" (45 min Fahrt). Wir möchten die Vermieter und dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wunderbare Auszeit
Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Nikiti, ein wunderschönes Haus, perfekt eingerichtet, urgemütlich, ein "Frühstücksbalkon" mit viel Sonne und phantastischem Ausblick. Überall ganz viel Freundlichkeit und eine perfekte Betreuung. Wir bedanken uns herzlich! Und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wer nur Baden und Ausruhen will, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.
Super geräumiges und frisch renoviertes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick. Mit dem Auto hat man schnellen Zugang zu den unzähligen Badebuchten auf Sithonia. Im Ort gibt es einen Lidl, der die Versorgung sicherstellt. Der Ort selbst wird von Katzen beherrscht .... Urbane Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es aber keine.
