We offer you a complex of summer houses located in the tourist town of Sarbinowo, which in a very short time transformed into a thriving health resort with full facilities and tourist infrastructure.
The cottages are located about 350m from the sea. Access leads to a very wide beach, which is located at the main entrances in Sarbinowo.
Attractive and pet-friendly terraced holiday house NORD-STAR-SARBINOWO, with 2 bedrooms, each for 2 persons, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, terrace with grill, parking.

We offer 6 newly renovated, one-story summer houses in Sarbinowo, 350 m from the beach. In each of the houses we can accommodate from 2 people to a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 0 - 12 (including children).
The cottages have
Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV, table, other furniture.
Kitchenette with fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pots, 2 hobs.
2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with single beds. (bedding provided)
1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.
Terrace with garden furniture, individual grill in front of the terrace (not on the terrace) clothes dryer

During the holiday period from 24.06.-31.08. we rent our houses for stays of at least 7 nights, arrival mainly on Saturdays or Sundays.

Price for 1 cottage 2 to 4 people (including children) per night, extra person maximum 2 (including children) + 12,- to 15,- Euro per night. During holidays, the minimum rental period is 7 nights. Out of season 4-5 nights.

Before sending an inquiry, please calculate the proposed price. Check availability, enter the date of arrival, date of departure and the number of people in the selected cottage. Calculate the price.
We only rent whole houses. 1 house for 2-4 people or up to 6 people (including 2 small children) Number of people in the house (maximum 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children)
For groups of more than 6 people (including children), the price for each cottage must be calculated separately. In this complex we do not have cottages, e.g. for 7-8 people
For group bookings, please indicate the number of cottages for which a separate fee will be charged.

Each of the houses has 1 parking space for 1 car in the complex.
The whole area of the property is fenced (the gate is locked at night). There is a playground with certified devices on the premises.
Bedding is provided in the cottage.
Please provide your own bathroom towels and beach towels which we do not provide.
During the summer holiday season, we rent our cottages for weekly or multiple stays. Arrivals and departures on Saturdays or Sundays. Outside the summer season dmi arrival and length of stay any (but minimum 4 nights)
Electricity consumption is not included in the price. 1 Kwh + 0.45 Euro
Refundable deposit for home furnishings = PLN 300 (EUR 80)

The house can be inhabited by the number of people according to the reservation and payment made.
Possibility of accommodation for over 30 people
Smoking is not allowed in any of the cottages.
Pets allowed after agreement with the landlord (additional fee, 5,- Euro per day).
Conditions: dogs on the premises of the facility must be kept on a leash, it is obligatory to walk the dog outside the premises if necessary.
We expect Pansta at the reception to give you the keys. The reception is open (except for arrivals) from 10:00 to 14:00. or by phone. Please provide the exact time of arrival to SARBINÓW and how to get to the place of accommodation. We require a contact mobile number when booking.
Accommodation from 15:00 to 18:00. (valid in peak season). The cottage must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
DRIVE. Our houses are located at ul. Północna 5 in Sarbinowo. Due to the fact that the facility is relatively new, access from the main street (Poludniowa) is a well-paved gravel road (about 100m)
