Large, beautiful, cosy villa "Les Pins". In the resort Balcón al Mar, in a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, orchard, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, garden furniture, barbecue. Shop 900 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 500 m, café 1 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5.7 km, shingle beach "Cala del Portitxol - La Barraca" 3.5 km. Sports harbour 6 km, sailing school 4 km, tennis 1.1 km. Nearby attractions: Cap Negre 900 m, La Granadella 4.7 km, Torre - Mirador de Ambolo 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
