Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable villa "Darlin". In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 m from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiard table, playroom. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 5 km, rocky beach "Ambolo" 3 km, nudist beach 4 km. Tennis 1.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
