Nice and cosy house for a total of 4 persons, located in a quiet and familiar area in the region of Roche Viejo. This house offers everything you need for a nice holiday for the whole family, with its cosy swimming pool, perfect for the youngest ones, or its barbecue area. Being located close to the characteristic pine forests of the region, it also offers a perfect space to enjoy beautiful walks, either on foot or by bicycle.
Details:
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1,35m) and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes.
Living-dining room with access to a covered porch. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV with Spanish and international programmes, air conditioning, wifi and dining table.
Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with all the necessary utensils: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washing machine, etc.. There is also a washing machine (outside).
Bathroom with shower
Covered porch with outdoor table and chairs.
Fenced swimming pool for the safety of the younger ones (padlock available to close the gate). Sun loungers are available in the pool area.
Near the pool is the barbecue and another outdoor table. There is also an umbrella available, perfect for providing shade in the barbecue area on hotter days.
The plot is fully fenced and gated for privacy and security. Within the plot there is space to easily park a vehicle.
The house managers will come in 2-3 times a week to water the plants for cleaning and maintenance of the pool.
