Erstattung d.Buchungsgebühr, da Angaben f.FH teilweise ungenügend waren-k.Nutzg.m.gesundh. Einschr.

Treppe eine Katastrophe, mit gesundh.Einschränkg. nicht zu benutzen, keine Absicherung von Wohnraum in EG. f. Haustiere u. Kleinkinder völlig ungeeignet.Treppe v.Küche unzumutbar, Holzstufen wirkte "gebrechlich". Hund konnte sich nicht ober aufhalten, da schon etwas älter hätte er die Treppe getragen werden müssen, war unmöglich.Ein 2.Bad haben wir nicht gefunden. Check-Inn fand nicht statt. Deshalb war der Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt für uns nicht möglich. Ich bitte um Erstattung der Buchungsgebühr. B.P.
