About this accommodation
The flat is located on the ground floor of an art nouveau building, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Hameln.
Perfectly suited for
→ Larger/multiple families
→ A group of friends
→ Several business travellers from a company
The house is more than 100 years old. It has settled over time, which is reflected in the odd crack in the wall. The ceilings are high, the wooden doors are also several decades old and a little warped in places, and you might hear the odd creaking floorboard from the upper floor. The beautiful parquet flooring in the hallway and living room, as well as the wooden floorboards in the bedrooms, have recently been freshly sanded and sealed. All of this, coupled with the modern furnishings, adds to the charm of the flat. And another note: the flat is located in a town of 50,000 inhabitants. Anyone expecting a rural idyll here will not find it, at least not in this flat! Please bear this in mind when making your booking.
The flat has three very spacious bedrooms, each more than 30 square metres in size, in the style of Rome, Paris and New York. They are each equipped with three comfortable upholstered beds (0.90 x 2.00m), which can be quickly pushed together if required and used as double beds (1.80 x 2.00m). There is also enough space for a baby cot. Each of the bedrooms has a 40-inch or 43-inch smart TV and a writing/dressing table. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the flat.
In the combined living/dining room, there is a large sofa and a 55-inch Smart TV for cosy evenings in front of the TV. The electric fireplace makes the room cosy and adds a little warmth when needed. The large dining table (1.80m x 1.00m) offers plenty of space. When fully occupied, i.e. with 9 people, it does get a little cramped and an additional chair from another room has to be placed at the head end - but nothing stands in the way of a shared meal.
From this room you can access the games room, which is equipped with a table football table and an electronic dartboard - fun for young and old!
The kitchen, which is lined with historic tiles, is equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. All the utensils you need in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, crockery, glasses etc. are of course available in sufficient quantities. The cosy bistro table with two bistro chairs enhances the cooking area and makes it a place where people enjoy spending time. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen for cleaning in between meals.
We provide shampoo and liquid soap in the bathroom with WC, shower, washbasin and hairdryer.
There is also a guest WC with washbasin.
If you bring bicycles with you, you can store them safely in our bicycle cellar.
A private car park directly in front of the house can also be used by guests of the holiday flat.
We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. A welcome set with Ccompostable Nespresso coffee capsules and various teas also awaits you.
